Family vacation

Great family vacation. The kids enjoyed the heated pool. We enjoyed sitting outside watching the fish job and listening to the birds on the canal. Not far from the beach. Close to a pie shop and restaurant. Homemade ice cream a short drive away. We all enjoyed your place. Thanks for sharing!

Spent a few days checking out where our friends stay at the Rv park down the road . Super easy we rode bikes to & from most places . Nice place/ area

We ubered out because there were no rental cars available. We had plenty to do there and enjoyed staying out of a traffic.

Vacation after the hurricanes

House was clean. Cabinets and doors are in below average condition as a few of them don’t function properly. Swimming pool and patio was nice, however, the pool was represented to be heated and it wasn’t. Great location

Eight day stay for a Family of 8!

Our stay at Palmasola Haus was everything we expected and more. Nestled by a serene canal, its heated saltwater pool was a delightful treat, especially for the kids who spent many joyful hours swimming, even during the cooler February weather. The proximity to the stunning beaches of Bradenton and Anna Maria was a major plus, with the daily commute being quick and effortless. The quiet neighborhood added to the charm of our stay, allowing us to enjoy peaceful bike rides on the bikes provided. The kids had a great time fishing in the canal, and we cherished the experience of gathering around an outdoor fire in the pit on a cool evening. The house itself was well-equipped, particularly with an ample supply of pool and beach towels, which we found very convenient. All the amenities were as wonderful as listed, including the enjoyment our whole family had playing pool and watching movies with the surround sound system during a rainy day – these touches truly enhanced our experience. I would like to offer a gentle note for future guests: the third bedroom opens directly into the kitchen and lacks a door. This meant that the kids sleeping there were sometimes awakened earlier than usual by adults getting up for their morning coffee. Other than this minor point, our stay was delightful, and we highly recommend Palmasola Haus for a memorable and enjoyable vacation.

Winter getaway

House was great.some of the amenities needed up dated. Beach chairs were in bad shape,fishing pools were old and rusty.brought my own gear. House was very clean and it had everything we needed. Had a issue with the front door could not get it unlocked. Used garage door opener and came in and out that way. I would stay here again if we vacation in the area agian

Nice, clean lodgings. Heated pool was great especially since the weather was not the greatest. Lots of beach towels. Bikes were nice. Overall, lots of space for our family.

Location,Location, Amenities!

This property had everything an active family could ask for. The pool, the boat dock, the pool table, and all the extras toys from kayaks, fishing poles, paddle boards, and bikes were all put to great use by the family. Definitely, a great stay for all ages and interest. And a short drive to beautiful beaches. Enough space for a large family.

The overall stay of the house is great and very clean. I have stayed in this neighborhood for 5+ years. House is awesome, but definitely need to upgrade and out ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Each room was hot.

Great stay

Great home in great location! The house was stocked with all the essentials plus some. Definitely recommend taking the kayaks out and trying the local bar (clam factory) that is walking distance.

We liked Cortez Fla. a new area of Florida for us. Beaches, restaurants, shops , grocery within 5-20 minute drive. This property was nice and clean, had bikes and kayaks for our use, plenty of beach towels. Would have liked more kitchen silverware (5/6 forks) . The property was back in quiet neighborhood but very close to main road and interstate. Thank You for letting us stay in your home.

Just as advertised

This property was perfect for our visit. We were in the area for a banquet at which my husband was being honored. So we had a few family members visit while we were there. The property was spacious, and never felt crowded. Everything was clean and everything we needed was there. The neighborhood was quiet. The location was great, as it was close to everything we needed, including some of the best beaches in FL!! I will definitely stay at this property again should we need overnight accommodations in Bradenton.

VERY clean house with lots of amenities. Pool was awesome. We enjoyed the fire pit every night. Kitchen has more appliances/ accessories than my own house. I will stay at this house every time I come to Tampa area.

Perfect family vacation

Our family loved staying at the Palmasola house while visiting Anna Maria Island. We had everything we need plus more. Spacious rooms for the kids to separate, beach towels, chairs, and anything you would need for the beach and pool. We didn't even need to bring our fishing poles.We spent our mornings at the beaches and thoroughly enjoyed our evenings grilling, swimming and fishing all at the house. The quiet neighborhood was great as well being away from the beach traffic. We can't wait to come back!

Perfect Stay for a Beach Vacation.

This property is the perfect place to stay. Close enough to the beach for convenient and quick beach access but just far enough away that the beach traffic is minimal around the house. Close to town and grocery stores and restaurants. 5 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes form the grocery store. The property comes well stocked with amenities. From a well stocked kitchen to the garage filled with items for your family to use at the house and the beach. Would 10/10 stay here again.

Great New Property!!!!

Wow, the house was perfect for our family trip! We were there as one of our daughters was attending IMG tennis academy. It was about 10 minutes away and helped when she forgot a few items and we needed to deliver to her. The rest of the family really enjoyed the house from the pool table, fishing poles, fire pit (for s’mores), pool and especially the dock. We rented a boat on www.boatsetter.com and kept the boat on the dock for the week. Easy boating access to all the best Keys, islands and waterside restaurants. We barely drove the car after we arrived.

Great vac place in Bradenton.

The property was very clean, nice decor througout the house & well maintained. The owner easily communicated well whenever we have questions. The location was great just a short drive to the beaches. Subdivision was very quite feel safe walking in the evening. Over all we had a great experience.

Fabulous Weekend at Palmasola Haus

Palmasola Haus is fantastic, beautifully decorated with easy access to Brandenton and Amelia island beaches. We were able to bring our boat and enjoyed the sandbars, restaurant’s and fishing. Easy access to gulf with plenty of dock space and easy canal access. Great and easy getaway!
