Clean and comfortable home

Our family came to Phoenix for spring training baseball. We enjoyed the home, especially the hot tub and pool areas. Beds were comfortable and living spaces were exceptionally clean. It is centrally located which is convenient for traveling to several ball parks. The neighborhood is a little rough. We had a few concerns, but overall very quiet and calm. The host did an amazing job of communicating and checking in with us throughout the stay. We enjoyed our stay. I recommend the property.

Great family getaway

We had a family get together to see a few ballgames at Chase Field as we all live in different parts of the country. We had six adults in our group the bedrooms were roomy and the beds were very comfortable. The entire house was clean and well maintained. The backyard was wonderful with the pool/spa/bbq. The fans on the patio were so nice while we sat out in the 100 degree temp. Uber was quick and reasonable price to get to field in 10 minutes. Already looking forward to our next vacation and visit. Thank you for a great stay.

Great Place to Stay

Great house with ample space for our group of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids). Backyard is beautifully done and pool was perfect. Location is so convenient and was easy to get back and forth to Chase Field! 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing home near downtown and PHX

The pictures on the site don’t do the home justice. The home is spacious and each room has an ensuite. The backyard and pool were an awesome feature. Home is about 10 mins from the airport and maybe 5 mins from downtown. 10/10 would recommend anyone to stay here! The place is amazing!

I wish I could give 5 stars but can’t in good conscience. Nice home that obviously gets a lot of use but poor maintenance to appear as it does in the photos. I identified issues to the owner/property manager. They weren’t timely with response and that really affected our overall customer experience.

Clean, Lovely, Updated, Home in Downtown Phoenix!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this property. House is fully renovated, clean, and beyond gorgeous. Pool and backyard area were exceptionally clean and groomed. Turf in the backyard made for a great spot to layout, and the chairs in the pool were a great addition. The property was extremely well maintained, and made for a great host spot. The hosts were very nice and checked on us frequently to make sure everything was working properly and we were using the property to its full extent. They let us book on a last minute notice, and drop our bags off HOURS before our check in time to ensure we wouldn’t have to drag our bags around the Final 4. Thank you for letting us enjoy this amazing property, we will be back! Roll tide!

Wonderful remodel, communication and convenience to downtown.

We loved the property, neighbors, and convenience to downtown, but unfortunately we didn't feel like the neighborhood really allowed us to explore on foot as much as we would have liked. It was a perfect place to stay with all you might need and wonderful if you have access to a car.

Last minute extended stay

Our family decided to stay an extra few days in Phoenix to avoid Midwest snow. Landon was quick to respond and let us into his property early. The kids (12,8,5) LOVED the pool and hot tub. The space was perfect for a couple days. We enjoyed seeing a different part of the city.

Great house in a perfect location. Lots to do at the house itself so you almost don't even want to venture out but if you do all the best that Phoenix has to offer is very close by.

Came down to watch the Phoenix Suns with the kids. 6 minute Uber to the stadium. Fabulous house. Super clean. Comfy beds. Recommend having the pool heated ( it was great for the kids to swim in when the evening was chilly ). Tesla charger available. Great weekend getaway. Landon was quick to respond if I had any questions. Recommend the property☀️

Pre-Christmas Getaway with family

This home was clean, cozy and well stocked with plenty of amenities. The beds were comfortable. It was great having a bathroom for each bedroom. Location was a good central location for exploring AZ. Landon, the owner, was very easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make sure everything was going well. Would definitely stay again!

Lopes Up!

We were in town for our son's graduation from GCU. Our family enjoyed our time in this beautiful, well-appointed home. Landon was incredibly attentive to our needs, even going as far as to procure a shower chair for our elderly mother. He was easily accessible and quick to respond to messages throughout the entire process of booking/staying/exiting the home. We were able to celebrate our son in the comfort of this gorgeous home without any worries. I highly recommend this home for families, couples, &/or girls/guys getaways. There is plenty of room to relax, enjoy each other's company, and make memories!

Phoenix concert

We had a great stay. It was only a short Uber to Phoenix with a lot to see and do. The house is very nice, with a lot of improvements. We would definitely stay there again.
