Great family getaway
We had a family get together to see a few ballgames at Chase Field as we all live in different parts of the country. We had six adults in our group the bedrooms were roomy and the beds were very comfortable. The entire house was clean and well maintained. The backyard was wonderful with the pool/spa/bbq. The fans on the patio were so nice while we sat out in the 100 degree temp. Uber was quick and reasonable price to get to field in 10 minutes. Already looking forward to our next vacation and visit. Thank you for a great stay.

Great Place to Stay
Great house with ample space for our group of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids). Backyard is beautifully done and pool was perfect. Location is so convenient and was easy to get back and forth to Chase Field! 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing home near downtown and PHX
The pictures on the site don’t do the home justice. The home is spacious and each room has an ensuite. The backyard and pool were an awesome feature. Home is about 10 mins from the airport and maybe 5 mins from downtown. 10/10 would recommend anyone to stay here! The place is amazing!

I wish I could give 5 stars but can’t in good conscience. Nice home that obviously gets a lot of use but poor maintenance to appear as it does in the photos. I identified issues to the owner/property manager. They weren’t timely with response and that really affected our overall customer experience.

Clean, Lovely, Updated, Home in Downtown Phoenix!
We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this property. House is fully renovated, clean, and beyond gorgeous. Pool and backyard area were exceptionally clean and groomed. Turf in the backyard made for a great spot to layout, and the chairs in the pool were a great addition. The property was extremely well maintained, and made for a great host spot. The hosts were very nice and checked on us frequently to make sure everything was working properly and we were using the property to its full extent. They let us book on a last minute notice, and drop our bags off HOURS before our check in time to ensure we wouldn’t have to drag our bags around the Final 4. Thank you for letting us enjoy this amazing property, we will be back! Roll tide!

Wonderful remodel, communication and convenience to downtown.
We loved the property, neighbors, and convenience to downtown, but unfortunately we didn't feel like the neighborhood really allowed us to explore on foot as much as we would have liked. It was a perfect place to stay with all you might need and wonderful if you have access to a car.

Last minute extended stay
Our family decided to stay an extra few days in Phoenix to avoid Midwest snow. Landon was quick to respond and let us into his property early. The kids (12,8,5) LOVED the pool and hot tub. The space was perfect for a couple days. We enjoyed seeing a different part of the city.

Great house in a perfect location. Lots to do at the house itself so you almost don't even want to venture out but if you do all the best that Phoenix has to offer is very close by.

Came down to watch the Phoenix Suns with the kids. 6 minute Uber to the stadium. Fabulous house. Super clean. Comfy beds. Recommend having the pool heated ( it was great for the kids to swim in when the evening was chilly ). Tesla charger available. Great weekend getaway. Landon was quick to respond if I had any questions. Recommend the property☀️

Pre-Christmas Getaway with family
This home was clean, cozy and well stocked with plenty of amenities. The beds were comfortable. It was great having a bathroom for each bedroom. Location was a good central location for exploring AZ. Landon, the owner, was very easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make sure everything was going well. Would definitely stay again!

We were in town for our son's graduation from GCU. Our family enjoyed our time in this beautiful, well-appointed home. Landon was incredibly attentive to our needs, even going as far as to procure a shower chair for our elderly mother. He was easily accessible and quick to respond to messages throughout the entire process of booking/staying/exiting the home. We were able to celebrate our son in the comfort of this gorgeous home without any worries. I highly recommend this home for families, couples, &/or girls/guys getaways. There is plenty of room to relax, enjoy each other's company, and make memories!

Amazing property, sparkling clean, awesome location, gracious and attentive host
We had such an incredible time staying at this property. The house was clean, modern and well appointed so we had all we needed to host our Thanksgiving meal with our family and friends. The pool, hot tub and backyard area were all well maintained and lovely. We had such a fun time with our family creating memories together. The area is super cool. Not far from Roosevelt Row with lots of fun restaurants and bars. Lots to explore and do…a world away yet still so close to ASU, where our son goes to school. Landon was such an attentive host. He checked in on us and helped to make everything right. Definitely would recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun place to stay. We would stay again for sure!

Perfect Weekend Getaway
This house is the perfect pool and hot tub getaway for soaking up the Arizona sunshine and rejuvenating your soul. The backyard is an oasis. We had groceries delivered and never needed a car. Daytime temps in the low 70s but the pool was wonderfully heated, and the connected hot tub a dream! Outside grill worked great, kitchen fully equipped for cooking in, beds comfortable, shower water pressure awesome. Despite being 10 minutes from the airport, this place was super quiet, all adding to the relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again. Landon was a fantastic host.

Fun Fun Fun
After 2 weeks of sightseeing in beautiful Arizona we decided to stay at this adorable home near the airport because our flight left so early in the am. We had such a great time here. The home is charming, clean and each bedroom had its own private bathroom 😀.. the backyard is amazing ….we enjoyed the pool area and playing cornhole (my first time). There is plenty of comfortable seating, pool floats, a jacuzzi, fantastic grill area a wall mural to take some fun pictures in front of and a outdoor eating area. I honestly did not want to leave. The beds are comfortable for a good nights sleep. The hosts were easy to communicate with and always responded quickly to any questions. We made some great memories.

The property was clean, well stocked with common house hold goods. The ac was super cold. The pool was refreshing and the back yard area is family fun friendly. We grilled and everything to grill was provided. Games and activities was also provided. Overall this property is Superb and I would highly recommend this property.

Oasis very close to downtown
Beautiful property with lovely amenities. Hosts are friendly and attentive and have put a lot aid thought into making it a very comfortable stay. I stayed with friends as we were all attending the same conference—the property is a short ride or healthy walk to downtown. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom suite. We enjoyed walking to a delicious Mexican restaurant nearby and hanging out in the pool in the evening. I will definitely check out renting this property again on future trips to Phoenix!
