Summary:
Welcome to Dallas, NC; a small beautiful suburb north of Gastonia. This small home has been fully remodeled & has been designed to have as many amenities packed in a home as possible. 3 Queen Beds & Twin XL Bed w/ high quality bedding, sheets & pillows, two 4k Roku TVs w/ Bluray players, Washer/Dryer, Grill/Back Deck, Fully Stocked Kitchen w/ free Keurig, coffee, cream, sugar, etc... Shampoo, Conditioner, Iron, Ironing Board, laundry detergent, towels & much more. Locally owned & operated but self-check-in.

The Space:
As you walk into this home, you will walk into the living room with 2 large leather couches. You will see a 65 inch 4k Roku TV w/ a Bluray player. There are board games and movies available to watch.

If you walk to the right you will see in the hallway between both bedrooms a large washer/dryer with free laundry detergent & dryer sheets. You will see bedrooms to the left and right of laundry closet.

If you enter the left bedroom you will notice there is a large bunk bed with Queen on bottom and Twin XL on top. It can sleep 3 adults (even though it may be tight). There is a 4k Roku TV, Bluray Player, closet, hangers & more.

If you enter the right bedroom you will see 2 Queen beds side by side. It is a tight squeeze but you can sleep 4 in the rooms you can see. There is another closet with hangers.

Past the living room is the kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and new cabinets. Kitchen has everything except dishwasher. It has Keurig, Ninja Blender, Waffle maker, Air dryer, Microwave, Stove, all cooking utensils needed, glasses, dinner ware and much more.

In the back is the only bathroom of the house. It does have a tub to bath kids. It also has shampoo, conditioner & body wash. There are plenty of towels there for 8 people.

In the back of the house is the outside door with brand new wood deck with a gas grill (propane is normally provide...let us know if you run out).

Fabulous little cottage!

BEWARE - NOT AS ADVERTISED…

This property is not at all as described in the listing. The hosts, acting as property managers for an unnamed company, left us with a disappointing experience. Upon arrival, we were confronted with a neighboring property where six dogs were chained outside in the harsh winter weather, one even tied to a stop sign. The shared driveway with the neighboring home meant constant traffic in front of the property, with several cars coming and going all day, and one car staying parked for hours with occupants smoking weed inside.Inside the house, the situation was just as concerning. None of the linens had been cleaned—duvets were covered in long strands of hair and stains, and dirty dishes were left in the drawers. Additionally, the property was unsafe and unclean, making it an unpleasant environment for our vacation. After expressing our concerns to the property manager, we were promised a refund for the remaining days—but ONLY if we left a 5-star review.I waited to leave a review to give time for the promised refund, but instead, my original booking dates (12/21/24 to 12/27/24) were changed to 12/21/24 to 12/24/24, and the per-night rate were increased in order to keep the total the same. The booking was then force-closed, leaving me unable to resolve the issues. VRBO has yet to make contact with the ‘host’ as they have stopped answering any calls from myself or VRBO, and this matter is now escalating. DO NOT STAY HERE…

The neighbors were up very late both nights..smoking weed and drinking..would not stay here again or with children. The property is also not fenced as advertised .

The house is as pictured. except the one bedroom showed a bunk bed. it just had a queen bed , and i couldn't find a can opener , but everything else was good

Quiet little home

This newly listed home was basically all we needed! Beds were super comfy and kitchen came stocked with coffee! The only downside was that there was no porch furniture leaving us to sit on the ground. If we ever come back down we would definitely rent again!
