Great location with a short walk to Waikiki beach. Plenty of restaurants and stores in walking distance as well. Kitchen fully equipped & all functioned properly, plenty of towels provided, hosts were responsive over messages on vrbo, fast/reliable wifi, easy check in/check out process, comfortable bed, nice partial water views from the balcony. Dedicated parking spot was easy to access and convenient.
It can get a bit noisy at night with loud cars & people on the street being loud, as the apartment doesn't block the noise too well. But not a major issue really. And the bath/shower took a very long time to drain, but again not a major issue at all.
Overall this was a great stay & definitely would consider staying here again.
Centrally located to beach and shops, however, this comes with street noise. Apartment was neat and tidy. Unfortunately the air-conditioning was not cold. We reported this but the owner said it was working when they prepared the property for our arrival. Opening the doors/windows were much cooler than the air-conditioning. Having worked in the industry for 8 years I know when an air-conditioner is working as it should. The shower drain was blocked. The owner offered to fix it but we decided to put up with it and leave it to them to fix upon our departure. There was only 1 fob, which was inconvenient if both of us wanted to do our own things and get back into the property. One of the outdoor chairs was broken. Although it is advertised as having a smart TV, only basic cable/TV is provided. You cannot get YouTube etc. The instructions on the fridge need to be updated. It was handy to have a free carpark.

Decent place but not great
PROs*We thought the location was fabulous. Close to so much. Although very noisy. *Swimming pool was great *Bed was comfortable*Beach chairs and beach towels provided *Laundry in building*Parking spot CONs*Communciation with Host was lacking or very delayed*Shower drain was not functioning. Took 6 days to get a plumber in and it still didn’t work after that. It was extremely gross for the duration we were there (15 days)*Air conditioner was nonexistent. Was more used for airflow at night. *Kitchen lacked cooking supplies. We booked a VRBO so that we could save money on eating food out. We were restricted with what we could make. There was no cooking pans for the oven, 1 pot and 1 frying pan. *Only one fob to get in and out with.
Location, location, location. I will definitely book this place in the future. Highly recommended.

Overall had a pleasant stay. The location is perfect, I stayed across the street at the Royal Kūhiō last year. So many things to do. Parking is a plus and is ground level so easy to park and walk down the avenue. Cleanliness was a miss. Shower curtain looked like it was building up mold towards the bottom, air vent in the bathroom clogged with dust, and a few stains on the bed sheets. It was unfortunate that during our stay we experienced bad weather from the hurricane passing by which caused the sliding doors to the balconies to rattle all night. Also, the AC turned off every 5 minutes or so and was not efficient to keep the unit cool. Keeping the sliding doors open helped cool down the unit much faster. Despite those cons, everything else was great.
Second time staying in this building; this unit was bathed in natural light and had 2 views which was great. Would not recommend opening patio doors though: tons of wind! Reliable, designated, free parking is fantastic. Unit has a nice table to sit at for quick meals. It could use a dresser or somewhere for putting clothes; we were stuck living out of bags or piling things on the tv table. Agree with previous reviewer about A/C: adjusting temperature never seemed to work, so sometimes felt hotter than it should have been. Kitchen is minimally equipped and tight for prep space: it has a microwave and toaster and small stove, but no pans or anything to use for heating up things in oven and no kitchen linens for wiping up (sponge and dishsoap was included). Nice shower pressure, bed comfy. Two main things that resulted in a lower rating: 1. We arrived to literally 10 sheets of toilet paper with no sign of extra rolls, plus large bag of previous guests' garbage under the kitchen sink (likely just a housekeeping oversight as it looked like everything had been cleaned, but still not great!); 2. There is no deadbolt or any kind of security door lock for use at night when in the unit.
This was a centralized, clean place to stay in Waikiki. I would walk and grab coffee in the morning and at night walked to the Waikiki and visited the store. The bed was very comfy. There were two beach chairs and beach towels for the beach. The parking was easy to get in and out.
Mark was clear in his communication.
As others had mentioned, you're in the city so you will hear the street noise. The first few nights were so windy that the wind drowned out the nightlife. I would normally sleep through all of it but my sleeping was a bit off, maybe it was due to the time change.
Mark the host and team had speedy communication. The unit was just as pictured (clean!) Checking in and out was very easy. The free parking spot was in a very convenient spot. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was okay in cleaness. The location and parking were great. Everything was nearby and reachable in walking distance. One thing that needs to be improved was the cleaness. The floor was sticky I constantly needed to wipe or wash my feet. There was no extra towels. Well there were but we were told that there will be no extra towels given othere than two sets of bath towels per person (bath, face, hand towels) for four nights stay for two people. We found out that there were extra towels in the cabinet underneath the couter on our way out. We had to buy our towel because we didnt have time to do the laundry during the stay. Also the vent in the bathroom looked not cleaned for a long long time. It had dusts all over.
Other than those, I liked the location and free parking.
I only have one complaint about the unit we rented. The fitted sheet didn't fit the mattress so i had to get up multiple times every night and put it back on. That was exhausting. But that was the only issue.. it was clean and stocked with everything we needed to start our stay... the double balconies were definitely a plus, and the free parking space was located in a easily maneuverable spot.. overall we were very pleased and would book it again... thank you so much!!

The unit was nice. The location was great for getting to the beach, shopping, dining, and island tours.
The unit kichen wasn't as fully stocked as described.
Clear instructions for checking in with easy to remember codes. Few blocks away from beach, made for easy access without all the crowds. Enjoyed having outside space on balcony to see the ocean and mountain view from window. It is loud in the unit with traffic and crowds below.
The condo itself was really nice, Just as pictured - neat, clean and very comfortable. The problem was the street noise. We thought staying on the 16th floor would be quiet but that wasn’t the case. It was extremely noisy. Wondering if better windows would help. We ended up coming home early because we just couldn’t sleep.
We did have a situation where the slider was coming off its track because of the high winds. The property managers were great. They had maintenance there to fix the slider within minutes.
This apartment placed us right in the middle of the Waikiki scene. The night life could be heard, but we expected. The location was convenient for sightse
What a great location! We truly enjoyed our stay here. The parking was located right near the back entrance which made going and coming a breeze. The room had the basic necessities to make a meal and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea. The bed was comfy and had plenty of pillows with different firmness to choose from. Tv and WiFi were available with basic cable if you have some down time. Washer and dryer on the same floor just down the hall so you can pack light and do laundry as needed or pick up something from Ross across the street. Two balconies with two different views that makes for a wonderful breeze in the room. It’s definitely a downtown scene with some noise/sirens through the night, but it didn’t bother us. The host gives easy check in instructions that made getting in and settled simple. We enjoy the night life and there was plenty going on around the town to keep us busy and eateries and lil cafes all within walking distance. Definitely a prime spot in our opinion and would love to stay here again.
Check in process was seamless, the location was 10/10 other than the loud traffic and sirens at night with the windows that had no sound proofing. Came stocked with boogy boards and beach chairs to use. But the housekeeping could use some work. We found a dirty wet towel hanging from the shower curtain once we got there and the tub was clogged and didn’t drain. Mark was able to get this fixed promptly after notifying him which was appreciated. The floors also needed a better vacuum and mop. Otherwise we greatly enjoyed how convenient this suite was to Waikiki beach, shopping and many ABC stores for daily needs
Great location, exactly as described. Equipped with enough for our trip, including some much appreciated beach gear. Having free parking as a huge plus.
Overall this unit is in a good location in Waikiki, our only complaint would be the noise of this end unit. The glass louver windows provide little sound insulation and we could hear every siren, modified exhaust and other loud noises emanating from the street.
Very nice corner condo, 16 floors high, with view of the ocean. Had coffee on the balcony enjoying the view every morning. Right in the heart of everything going on in Waikiki. Walk to everything.
We really loved the parking space location and how convenient the property was in Waikiki. With the location came a lot of noise from the street. It was really clean too.
We love Marine Surf, and this unit in particular was our favorite. In addition to the free parking spot, the unit was super clean and had a lot of natural light. The owner was super helpful and responsive if we needed anything, bookmarking this place for the future for sure!
