Great place to stay!

This property is in a great neighborhood that is close to everything and was nice to stay in. The beds were comfortable and clean. The yard was kept up very nicely. The host had great communication. The wrap-around balcony is beautiful. There were only a couple of minor issues. The shared tub/shower in the upstairs hallway had brown liquid streaking down the wall, in the corner, and into the tub. The other shower was tricky to figure out, and after the first person used it, it caused a leak downstairs in the main floor hallway.....I contacted the host and she was very polite and responded immediately. The utensil basket in the dishwasher had broken in a couple of areas, so we could only put our silverware in two sections. The microwave is a little tricky to figure out. Overall, great stay though.

We stayed at this property for one week in mid-October 2023. The property is only minutes from the shops and restaurants in Moab, and very conveniently located to Arches and Canyonlands. Rossana was an excellent property host. She provided numerous recommendations, and paid attention to personal details regarding our stay. The condo was very clean, well stocked, and perfect for our family of five, including my parents in their 70s, myself and my brother, and my almost 8 year old son. Highly recommended!

This home was clean, had great views, lots of cookware and comfortable beds. Not upscale as advertised. Very poor quality towels, 1 ply toilet paper, small cheap toiletries, no basic cooking seasonings. Internet/TV was spotty. Would have enjoyed a hot tub at the home like most of the neighbors had. Pool towels provided. Pool toys not provided. Spacious garage, balcony and patio to hang out in. Beware that check in is at 4pm which is late for out of town guests and the property manager will not budge even if the cleaning crew gets done early. Check out is also too early, 10:30am especially for families on vacation, no time to sleep in, felt very rushed to get up and out. But then requests that you text her if you leave early. Smh. Was a nice quiet area but will not return or recommend to others unfortunately.

Amazing condo and location

The condo is spacious and thoughtfully decorated. All needs were thought of and it was extremely clean. We loved coffee in the morning by the fireplace and enjoyed the outside area. Clean and comfortable

Very clean, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of seating for a group, rooftop seating for star viewing, awesome grill with a large patio table and chairs! I'm sure I'm missing something but this place is awesome. Will stay here again in the future. We rent jeeps each September to hit the trails with friends and this was the hub this year, can't wait for our next adventure.

We loved staying here while we visited the nearby National Parks of Arches and Canyonlands. Moab stay to visit parks

We came to Moab to enjoy arches national park and Canyonlands. The condo was clean and well stocked. Description is accurate. House is about 5 minute drive south of Moab but easy access to downtown and to arches national park. Moab is a lovely town. Lots to do. We would stay here again.

Clean and Comfortable!

My spouse and I stayed in three vacation rentals this trip and this one was superior in every way. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking pans and utensils; the space feels private even though there are neighbors; the host was reachable and responsive; and most importantly to me there was not one sign of the previous guests as the cleaning person did a thorough job! A couple negatives that can't easily be remedied: the stairs up to the bedrooms are farther spaced than normal and the toilets sit lower than normal; both a possible issue if your knees are bad. (I noticed because my legs and knees were sore from more hiking than I'm used to.) The only other negative was construction of a new condo unit was happening right across the street so there was some noise and who wants to look at that, but that will remedy itself when completed.

What makes this property unique

Our property is an upper end luxury condo. The scenic views on the 300 square foot balcony are absolutely beautiful! You will find our condo to be very comfortable, and in close proximity to area attractions. Arches National Park is 10 to 15 minutes. Slickrock Bike Trail is 10 minutes. City of Moab is 5 minutes. North section of Canyonlands National Park is 25 minutes.
If you have a lot of family and friends, take advantage of our two attached units that are located side by side.
