The interior is impeccably designed with light colored walls, warm wood floors, and high, wood-beamed ceilings that create a welcoming and airy ambiance. The great room allows everyone to gather so you can enjoy each other's company in the kitchen, dining room, and generous family room with a stunning fireplace and flat-screen television. The bookcase is stocked with various board games and a chess set for your entertainment. Sonos in-ceiling speakers in the dining area are available to connect to via the Sonos smartphone app that fill the room with surround sound. The gorgeous gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances and a large island with natural stone countertops where meals and gatherings will be memorable for years to come. Move onto the enormous wooden deck where you can either lounge under the covered roof or beneath the sun with the ocean breeze and the sound of the waves relaxing you. While the adults grill and dine upstairs, the kids have the covered ground-floor area and open-air backyard all to themselves. With a basketball hoop in front, picnic tables in the back, they will have a blast all around the property. There is an outdoor shower, a garage, additional covered parking, and storage space that includes various beach gear and a cornhole set for you to use during your stay. Each room offers oversized living, with four bedrooms and four full bathrooms all one a single level. Each bedroom has its own Roku flat-screen television. Two of the bedrooms have king beds, with one having a crib. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a queen over twin trundle. The fourth bedroom has two twins over full bunk beds. The home is located in a family-friendly, private gated community with easy direct beach access steps away from the walkover. The easy accessibility ensures a memorable, safe, and relaxing time for everyone.
