Our Rental Application Process:

1.Submit an inquiry on any listing or visit our website.
2.Select your preferred unit(s) and submit an inquiry. Our team can provide additional options as availability changes quickly.
3.Complete the Tenant Application form, including income, credit, and ID verification.
4.Upon approval, you will receive a Pre-Approval application form. Within 24 hours, pay a security deposit equal to ½ month's rent and a non-refundable application fee (details available upon request).
5.After receiving your deposit and application fee, our team will arrange a pre-lease virtual inspection.
6.Once inspected, you're ready to move in!
7.On the lease-start date, our team will provide keys or self-check-in instructions.

Special Disclosure

Due to new legislation in British Columbia, all furnished rental tenants must sign our Residential Tenancy Lease Agreement within 24 hours of booking and complete our internal application process. Please note that this is separate from any ID verification done on the booking channel. If the Residential Tenancy Agreement and application forms are not signed within this timeframe, Iris Properties reserves the right to cancel your booking without penalty, and you will receive a full refund.

great Property, just 2 things

I know this is a Northern City but AC would definitely help, at least in the bedrooms. It faces West and is all windows and Summer is hotter these days. We also need a microwave which is an important appliance these days. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay. Easy walk to the wharf and all the Downtown places. i would highly recommend.

Beautiful Place.

Had a wonderful time in Victoria. The unit is on the 10th floor with windows across the entire side. We must have walked 10 miles a day! It’s only a few blocks from the inner harbor, and lots of shops and restaurants. A few tips to make your stay even better: * Bring earplugs for sleeping. The seagulls are plenteous and loud. Especially in the early morning. * Close the curtains before the sun comes around the building. It’ll keep it cooler. (It also cools down once the sun sets). If you tap twice on the remote it will auto raise or lower the blinds. * Bring the small car. Getting down to the parking spot (and out of it) can be a challenge. We had a 2500 gmc and it was not fun. (We ended up paying for parking outside most of the stay. The place is well cared for and stocked with everything you might need. (Except a microwave). We thoroughly enjoyed staying there. You will too! It was very clean and felt safe.

The place was spectacular. I'm not used to the noise of downtown, but this wasn't their fault at all. They did note that it would be noisey. I loved the touch of old and different style clocks. There could have been some instructions left as to which remote was for the blinds. How to use the dishwasher etc. But I figured it out. I just didn't want to mess anything up.

Beautiful and luxurious condo

This property delivered exactly as advertised - it was spacious, gorgeous, well-located, and very clean. It had all the amenities we could want (included heated bathroom floors). Although we did not do any cooking in the unit, it was very well-equipped should we have wanted to cook while there. I would highly recommend this place and would be happy to stay there again one day.

Property managers didn’t respond to complaints

The condo was gorgeous and well situated. We couldn’t have asked for a better location and emenities. The interior temperature over the 4 day stay was between 28 and 30 degrees as seen on the thermostat in the suite. It was unbearable. We could not cook in the suite, as planned. We couldn’t stay in the suite at all. A fan was to be brought in but never showed up. The balcony was not usable as it and the outdoor furniture was covered in bird feces. We asked for a discount to be applied as an act of good faith for our obvious discomfort but apparently the owner didn’t find our concerns worthy of such discount. It was an expensive rental. Had they tried to remediate the issues, apologized, applied a discount in good faith, they would have received a solid review.

Great VRBO but......

This is a lovely condo unit. Lots of space, the kitchen is very well stocked for the essentials other than food of course, beds are very comfortable (a better mattress pad and fitted sheets would make them perfect), bathrooms are great with wonderful showers. The biggest problem is heat and Seagulls. The unit is not air conditioned and faces directly west. This means you have to have the windows open to get relieve from the heat on hot days. Being downtown Victoria and close to the harbour there are thousands of seagulls circling in the early morning ( 4 am on). It's incredibly loud and is really disruptive.

Beautiful, well equipped Condo

My good friend and I just enjoyed a four night stay in this fabulous Victoria property. I travel using VRBO often and this is without a doubt one of the best equipped I have ever experienced. The view is stunning and the proximity to town is perfect. Ten minute walk to parliament but removed enough that it’s not noisy. Coffee shop right around the corner for morning brew and goodies. The management company was very responsive to any little questions we had and handled the check in process with ease. The kitchen has everything you could possibly want and dishes beyond belief. For sure the best equipped kitchen I’ve stayed in. Everything was just easy during this stay. Clean, clean clean. Bathrooms are lovely and also fully equipped. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and even a flattening iron in both bathrooms. Towels super thick. Now….the most important thing…the bed. OMG comfy. Top quality linens super comfy bed itself. Would love to be here in a rain storm and just cuddle into this bed overlooking the city. I will definitely be back to visit this property and I reccomend it without hesitation, you will Love it!!
