Romantic farmhouse in the vineyards of southern Styria
Embedded in the gentle hilly landscape of southern Styria and located directly on the Sausal Wine Road in Kitzeck, our former barn radiates a lot of warmth and well-being. 200 year old wood and masonry adorn the walls and crossbeams, the large glass fronts open the view of the surrounding vineyards and the Sulm Valley.
In this house tradition meets modern conveniences and offers enough space for two people. An open fireplace, a panoramic sauna, a whirlpool bathtub and spacious terrace and garden areas meet the highest demands and ensure moments of relaxation and tranquility.
The house is divided into a large, light-flooded living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and open fireplace as well as an adjacent terrace. The cozy bedroom with a large double bed leads directly to the bathroom and another terrace. The panorama sauna is waiting for our guests in the basement of the house.
