VIEW: This townhouse on a cul-de-sac in the 55+ community of Rio Verde offers the most spectacular view of Four Peaks mountain from the master bed, living room and patio!
LOCATION: The Verdes are to the east of Phoenix, nestled against the mountains, along the Verde River in amazing desert landscape. There are no hotels or schools so it is a great location for family overflow from Rio Verde, Tonto Verde and Trilogy communities. A15 minutes drive from Fountain Hills and 20 minutes from North Scottsdale, this little piece of peaceful paradise can be yours for a week or month(s).
Year round sunshine and winter temperatures between 60-90 degrees, summers obviously a bit hotter, but the community center is only a short golf cart ride away.
TO DO: This property comes with a fob to access the commuity pool and hot tub (8 large pool towels are in the laundry room), brand new fitness center with state of the art equipment and the cutest retro golf cart are the highlights, but Rio Verde offers many more activities like bocce, pickleball, talks, classes from woodworking to yoga! Although golfing privileges cannot be transfered to renter in Rio Verde, there are so many public courses you can play, just a few minutes down the road.
So many great opportunities to be active or simply enjoy the sunshine and views. Best news yet: you do not have to be 55+ to short term rent!

INSIDE: There is just enough cacti and westerness to this beautifully decorated home to remind you that you are in the very special place, and what a state AZ is! This home comes fully equipped, so you only have to bring are clothes! desert bliss
Wonderfull, modern 2 BR condo with unbelievable views of the mountains and desert landscape out the front. Nice sized rooms. We don't gulf but was in a beautiful gulf community. There's even a golf cart in the garage for our use.

Fantastic, well appointed property in Rio Verde, close to Fountain Hills. Home had everything we could hope for and was great for adults and kids alike. Golf cart was a fun way to spent time outside with the kids. Looking forwarding to returning.

Home Away From Home
This townhouse is like your home away from home. It has everything you need to cook your meals and the coffee was a nice perk as well. The layout and vaulted ceilings in this home feels roomy and spacious. Waking up to 4 peaks out the view was enjoyed every day as well as the many walks in the very clean and well landscaped neighborhoods. We enjoyed the club house and the pool was incredibly warm.

Rio Verde Condo
Very nice property in Rio Verde planned community. Furnished/equipped/ stocked very well. Great access to North Scottsdale desert parks and trails and Tonto National Forest. Comfortable, clean and homey. Recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Great Views of the Mountains
Every detail was taken care of. Love having photos of the remotes and how to use them. Coffee and tea were bonuses! Clean, comfy and lots of room!
