The apartment is centrally located in a very well maintained condominium in Westerland on Sylt. Only 5 minutes walk to the pedestrian precinct or Friedrichstrasse. Similarly short is the way to Sylt beach. An elevator in and a handicapped access to the house are available. The also renovated swimming pool, the sauna and the solarium are right in the house.
