Anastasia 111 is a newly renovated, garden-level condo, where you can walk right from your back door, across the lawn, and onto the beautiful beach. This peaceful oasis also includes a private Florida room, where you can relax after a day spent lounging on the sand or strolling through downtown St. Augustine.
This ground-floor condo was renovated in 2020 and new A/C added in early 2025, offering everything you'll need for a memorable stay! The kitchen has all the essentials for preparing homemade meals, and it flows seamlessly into the open dining area and light-filled living room. Right off the back patio is an expansive grassy area, where the kids can play catch or a game of frisbee. Additional amenities include two bedrooms, free WiFi, cable service, a full-size washer/dryer, and beach towels.
You won't be indoors for long with all that St. Augustine has to offer, including the Alligator Farm, nightly ghost tours, and a sunset cruise on a pirate ship, all within a few minutes' drive.
Founded almost 450 years ago, St. Augustine has an astonishing history for a country barely half its age. The city is known for its many historic charms, a gorgeous port, and Ponce de Leon's famous Fountain of Youth. While there's plenty for adults to enjoy, even kids will love racing around old cobblestone streets filled with tales of pirates and plunder. Here on Florida's Atlantic side, football fans will love the proximity to Gainesville and Jacksonville. Exciting Daytona Beach is also nearby.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
