Your three-bedroom corner retreat features a large gourmet kitchen with four bar seats and fabulous gulf view and amenities for everyone.
True luxury living in this tenth floor, three-bedroom/three-bathroom Aqua condominium. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sweeping Gulf views from your private, elliptical terrace.

Exquisite interior spaces include kitchen with granite counter tops, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, coffee makers (standard and Keurig) and laundry with large washer and dryer. Full-length windows and beautiful living spaces connect you to the magic of the Gulf.
An elegant master suite features a separate glass-enclosed shower, double vanity, and generous storage.

**DISCLAIMER**
Starting mid-September and continuing into February 2025, the Aqua COA will be undergoing numerous important maintenance projects that will potentially impact our residences and their guests. These include structural repairs and re-painting portions of the western half of the building (stacks 06 through 11) and replacing the beach boardwalk. During this time, the western outdoor pool will be closed. The eastern indoor/outdoor pool and spa will remain open. A temporary or alternate beach access will also be provided during the boardwalk construction period. If you have any questions, please reach out to us directly.

Condo 1001 was filthy and it need repairs and updating

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was filthy!! The stovetop was crusty! The floors apparently had not been mopped, as our grandchildren’s feet were black from just walking through the condo. The microwave had a handle broken off, the balcony was dirty, the deadbolt lock just turned around and around and didn’t work, the air vent in the ceiling in the master bedroom leaked water down onto the floor continuously the entire week we were there, so we had to keep a towel down to soak up the water so we didn’t slip and fall on the wet floor, and there was a huge bug crawling on the ceiling. I did call the management company to complain and she sent someone over to clean. She said it was some kind of a roach. I will never stay there again, needless to say. Aqua itself is a beautiful place, and we’ve stayed with them before and had great experiences. The location is great, and the amenities are good. But this experience has done me in. I just felt like everything I touched was dirty. At one time the decor I’m sure was very nice, but it’s really outdated, and the condo itself is in need of many repairs. The pictures are deceiving!!
