Komplett eingerichtete Küche, großes Bad mit Badewanne, Parkett im Wohn- und Schlafraum, Kinderreisebett und ein Hochstuhl sind vorhanden. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Preis inklusive. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um die 11 km entfernte Weltkulturerbestadt Regensburg zu erkunden.
