The interior of this home is just as adorable as its bright, red barn look outside. It's situated in a quiet neighborhood with abundant outdoor space but only about three miles from the beach. Children will love having both front and back yards to explore, including a garden and a bocce ball court. There's more than enough room for your whole group to gather on the large deck with wicker chairs and ample bench seating. Your resident grill expert can sizzle up some lunch on the gas grill, and then you can dine at the outdoor table on the oversized screened porch. When night falls, head back outside to appreciate the ambience of the twinkle lights overhead.

This classic two-story house has a rustic feel with wood-paneled walls in the dining and living areas, hardwood floors, and different wallpaper in several charming rooms. If you want to cook up some comfort food, make use of the cute, country-chic kitchen equipped with full-size appliances. The home's water purifying system will help to ensure everything tastes just right.

In addition to the central AC, the upstairs has a wall unit for AC and heat in each room, including a new quiet ductless Mitsubishi AC. Several of the beds are brand new to ensure maximum relaxation, and guests of the main bedroom in the loft will enjoy a vaulted ceiling. The loft also features a spacious full bathroom with a vanity nook and a garden tub beneath a skylight.

THINGS TO KNOW
Four beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach toys are available for guest use.
Children’s dinnerware and books are available for younger guests.
The fireplace is non-operational.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
