Why they chose this property
Safe, quiet, farm country location only 15 minutes from downtown Leesburg and 30 minutes from Dulles airport. Lots of local amenities - vineyards, restaurants, breweries, music venues, shopping, and farm-fresh food sources. Lots of outdoor recreation venues on the Blue Ridge, Potomac and Shenandoah Rivers in the middle of Virginia horse and hunt country.
What makes this property unique
Outdoor picnic areas with firepits, off-street parking in a nice country area to go for a walk to a nearby vineyard, or kick back and relax. Nice views with trees and wildlife.
