Awesome Ocean and Harbor view condo at North Coast Village that you can afford!

This one bedroom, one bath condo has all the amenities of home with a fantastic view.

Enjoy your visit to the southern California coast. In our cozy unit you are steps from the beach. Property has guarded entry and there is one reserved parking spot for you. Our unit is close to the elevator.

There are two pools and spas, recreation room, putting course, lush landscape, full gym with sauna.

Kitchen comes fully equipped for cooking. Keurig coffee maker for K-pods and a full coffee maker are available. Boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels for four are available.

Beautiful view on the balcony where you will catch some incredible sunsets. For your entertainment there are two Flat panel TV's. Cable TV also offers other viewing options. You have access to your Netflix and television apps.

It is a short walk across the bridge to North Coast Harbor Village with restaurants, coffee, ice cream store and souvenir shops.

Everything you need is provided for - bring your cell phone, swimsuit, and sunscreen, and get away for a weekend, week, or the whole season..

A Little Piece of Paradise

I want to start off by saying that this is the second unit I have stayed in at North Coast Village. My experience with the property manager and the unit here were far superior to my past experiences. The unit is clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Anna, the property manager, was very attentive to any need I had. The entire rental process was professional from start to finish. But the real draw is the million dollar view. Just wow! I enjoyed every day watching the sunset and the rise and fall of the tides that I could see from the balcony. I have already committed to another stay and I can’t wait to return to this little piece of paradise.

Nice view, dated unit

NCV is a great place and this unit has nice views. The unit has new carpet and decent furnishings, but was otherwise very dated. The showerhead is about 5' high, and the dishwasher door drops quickly to the floor, so watch your shins. The floors, dishes, and refrigerator were dirty - especially the top.

Loved staying in E 203!

The unit was exactly what we needed for just the two of us. I was pleasantly surprised that the view was way better than it appeared in the listing -we could see the ocean and the harbor! Sunsets were amazing. It was great that there were boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach towels provided. Being in the E building made it easy to get to either beach. We took walks to the pier every morning. Anna was very easy to work with. She got back to us with all of her questions and was very helpful! We love North Coast Village and have never had a unit we didn’t like. Thank you for sharing your little slice of paradise!

Wonderful facility!

The instructions for getting here and checking in were excellent! It is close to the harbor and a short distance to all the coastal towns and villages. We liked sitting on our balcony and listening to the surf. The pool was great and so was the hot tub. A resort like experience.

This is must stay while in Oceanside. We had everything we needed for a beach vacation. The balcony view was spectacular!!! Great place to stay.

Great stay

Lots to like. Location is great!! From balcony view of ocean and harbor. Literally 2 minute walk to beach, 8 minute walk to harbor, with really excellent restaurants. 5 minute drive downtown, 20 -25 minutes to Del Mar and torrie pines. Couldn’t have been better. Unit itself is very good. A bit dated, could use a little love. Having said that, bed was very comfortable, shower great, kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Lots of beach toys and towels to take to beach. Pools beautiful. Property beautiful. We had a great time, would definitely stay again.

Amazing condo in wonderful complex

Stayed here with my husband and two kids (8 and 4), and it was AMAZING. The amenities (pool, beach) and location (walk to restaurants, shops, and ice cream) were absolutely perfect. Steps away from everything, but still calm, quiet and relaxing. The perfect vacation. We can’t wait to come back! Don’t hesitate to book—this is a fantastic unit and the manager is great too. :)

Perfect location

My stay was nice, weather was great the days we stayed. The location was perfect, close to beach, pier and harbor. Had several choices so close to us. My son found a couple of beach toys on the beach so we left them there for the next family to enjoy.

Rosemary was wonderful. She was very responsive and assisted us with every question and helped us locate an forgotten Apple Watch after our stay ended. She was great and the condo was beautiful. We will be back!

Beautiful

This condo is amazing. Very clean, beautiful view, and great location. You pretty much step out the door right to the beach. The whole complex is very nice, with pool, spa etc. Walking distance to the Oceanside harbor with restaurants. Whenever we’re back in Oceanside I definitely book this place again.
