What makes this house so special? Just 5 km away from Vila Nova de Cerveira, it is not only in an absolutely peaceful environment, but also adjacent to a forest that invites to hiking and long walks. Even the view into the wide, green valley let you come into immediate recovery mode. In addition to three bedrooms, the house has three bathrooms and an extra large living and dining area that merges into the kitchen. And if you do not want to go to the beach, which is only 20 minutes away by car, you can of course enjoy a wonderfully relaxing day by the pool and snack on apples, oranges or figs ... because there are numerous fruit trees on the property.

The perfect getaway!

We stayed for 9 nights. The communication and directions from Niels were top notch. The house is beautiful. The location is remote but easily accessible. The pool is divine! We shared the pool with 2 frogs we names Freddie and Frederika but they were harmless and stayed out of the way. We had eveything we could possibly want. The mosquito nets on the beds were very much appreciated. We have an issue with a wasps nest but Niels sorted someone to come and sort that out very quickly and we had no further problems with that. I dont think i can recommend this house enough. It was very reasonably priced. We visited the local town market, some beaches, water parks and a visit to Braga and Porto so lots of driving but we wanted to explore as much as possible. We did spend a couple of days at the house in and out of the pool and would have been happy to do that for the whole time if we had visited Portugal before but, as we hadnt, we wanted to explore. Please consider booking this accommodation, you wont be disappointed!! We would love to visit again. Thanks Niels!

Séjour villa à Nogueira

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé dans cette villa. La piscine est magnifique et la villa convient très bien pour 6 personnes. Le calme est omniprésent à la villa. Seul point négatif serait peut-être le manque de vaisselle à disposition. L'hôte nous à toujours répondu rapidement et a ec beaucoup de sympathie Nous conseillons vivement cette villa.

Maison confortable et bien équipée avec une superbe vue sur la vallée

Très bon séjour, au calme dans une région agréable et riche en découvertes. On a apprécié la grande piscine et le jardin riche en arbres fruitiers. La maison est lumineuse, propre et bien équipée

Excellent host and property

The host was great, non-intrusive, and always ready to answer any questions. The pool was amazing and the surrounding area is very quiet - great to relax for a few days.

Tranquility

The house is an absolute haven of peace and tranquility with gorgeous views across the fields to the mountains beyond. There is almost no passing traffic so birdsong was the dominant sound and the air scented by pine and eucalyptus. The house is well located to explore the coast and mountainous interior as well as many lovely towns and cities of the region, such as Viana and Ponte de Lima.. It’s also very near the Spanish border. The pool was heavenly and so welcome during the really hot days. The house itself was spacious, clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The host was helpful but not intrusive. Thank you, Niels for your understanding and patience! We really look forward to staying here again.
