Loved it!

I highly recommend this condo! It has a spectacular view of the beach and pool area from the double balcony on the 19th floor. There are 3 pool areas, and the largest on the beach far exceeds the other condos in the area. The condo itself is extremely clean, fabulous mattresses, comfortable furniture, and classy beach decor. My family and I all agreed that we would stay here again! Enjoy!

Gulf Shores Stay

The property was immaculate! Amenities galore and all very clean. Beautiful view. The only disapointment was the pool not being heated. Highly recommend this condo!

Gorgeous propery, tastefully decorated with that "beachy vibe". Terrific views of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoyed the large balcony with the carpets and the strong, comfortable balcony furniture. Wonderful property !

Great getaway for our family of 4

The condo was so clean, beautiful, and excellently located. The Crystal Towers property was very well maintained and beautiful as well. We enjoyed the pools, fitness center and of course the beach! Gulf Shores has many great restaurants, shopping and entertainment. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect location and amazing balcony views!

This was the perfect spot for us to stay with our toddler. The pool was huge, although it was unexpectedly closed for a portion of our stay which was a huge bummer. There was a small, secondary pool we used the days the large pool was closed. A quick walk to the beach using the sky walk! The beach front area was never crowded. We would love to visit this condo again! The quick and easy text/phone call communication with the property manager was also great!

Property was Great. Beautiful views from Balcony. Upon arrival to the beach , we were informed that tents/canopy's were not allowed. We had to purchase umbrella's for beach. Overall, it was a good trip.

We were delighted with tbe layout, and cleanliness of this condo, will not return though due to No Heat in any of the pools, the temps outside were swimming weather 75 to 80 with beautiful breeze, pool so cold even children wouldn't swim.

I liked the property. It was very formal and newly remodeled. I wish they would add a few board games and puzzles. The beach cart was very nice and it made getting down to the beach easy. One of the chairs was broken but I just bought one. The big pool was nasty but it was very crowded. Everything about the condo was excellent and the communication was second to none. Checking in and out was a breeze!!! I would definitely recommend this property!

Wonderful Stay

Beautiful condo! View was wonderful! Condo was clean. Bed was so comfortable!! Nice kitchen equipped with everything we needed. They have 3 pools. One inside, one outside, and a lazy river across the breezeway. No complaints at all. We ate at Tacky Jacks and they had delicious Philly cheese steaks. Atmosphere was great. We went shopping at the Tanger outlet and that was fun! Just a really nice time. We will be back. Thanks for having us Crystal Tower!!

I am extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the property and our condo.

We arrived to our condo and could immediately smell how clean it was, down to the inside of the refrigerator! I have OCD cleaning issues and vacation usually causes me anxiety. Crystal Towers does an amazing job of keeping all areas clean, even the pool bathrooms were immaculate! The cleaning crews were visible most days doing a fantastic job of keeping up. Our only complaint was the beds were a little more firm that we care for. I actually put all the extra blankets under the sheets to create a “padding”.. not really a complaint, everyone is different. We were worried about being across the street from the beach, as we are usually right on the beach. From the 19th floor you barely notice and the views are great! Having the walkway over the road is just another plus. Would definitely stay here again.. check in and out is extremely easy.
