Dit is een appartement
Let op, dit is een appartement en niet een vrijstaand huis, zoals men suggereert in de advertentie. Geen privacy bij het zwembad doordat het ondergelegen appartement zicht heeft op het zwembad. Daarbij is de toegankelijkheid van het zwembad lastig omdat je via de steile oprijlaan naar het zwembad moet lopen. Het appartement is verder prima ingericht.

Ne pensez vous que cette villa est comme toutes les autres - pas du tout. De la cuisine avec sa plaque induction, deux machines à café espresso et filtre et on bloc de couteaux de cuisine (j'ai affuté la totale avant de partir!), le salon qui donne sur la terrace et table et chaises, le trois chambres avec la clime et la salle de bain haut de gamme vous allez passer des vacances en tout confort. Et vous n'allez jamais oublier la vue au lever du soleil quand vous prenez votre café.

Would highly recommend this villa. We are a family of 5, 2 adult and 3 children aged 12,10 and 7. On arrival, the check in process was smooth, the villa was exceptionally clean. All appliances, towels, bed linen etc were high quality. My husband loves to cook and the kitchen had everything and more to make a perfect meal. The villa itself it’s beautiful and full of character. The swimming pool is private and gorgeous. It’s a perfect size with space around to sun bathe, and space for shade. The terrace is fantastic, I loved having my coffee there on a morning in peace before the kids woke up. The terrace is lovely to eat on. Lovely comfy dining chairs, or a coffee table or sun Loungers. Lots of choice. I have nothing negative to say about our stay. The location is fantastic, a short drive to the lovely town and close to the beaches. We will certainly return and we highly recommend.

Villa met prachtig uitzicht en heerlijk zwembad
Een heerlijk huis waar alles aanwezig is inclusief een fantastisch uitzicht en een heerlijk zwembad. Ook in het dorpje beneden is van alles te doen en het strand is dichtbij. Een absolute aanrader.

Tolle Zeit in schönster Umgebung und - für unsere Bedürfnisse - perfektem Ferienhaus
Das Haus ist schön ruhig gelegen, Blick auf den gegenüber liegenden Hügel ortstypischer lockerer Bebauung und das Meer wo man i.d. Ferne die Schiffe beobachten kann. Eine Schöne große Terrasse auf der man dank einer elektrischen Markise immer ausrechend Schatten findet. Mit wenigen Schritten erreicht man den Privaten Salzwasserpool mit genehmer Wassertemperatur. Die Salzwassertechnik ist viel angenehmer als Chlor. Die Terrasse ist uneinnehmbar, Ebenso der Poolbereich sofern der Untermieter nicht da ist was während unseres Aufenthaltes durchgehend der Fall war. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet, Man merkt, das es vom Besitzer auch selbst genutzt wird. Man erreicht den nächsten Carrefour mit dem PKW in 10 Min, ebenso wie die Uferpromenade. oder einen Bäcker wie auch andere Geschäfte. Die Kommunikation mit der deutschen Vermieterin war sehr angenehm und freundlich, Wir wußten bei Ankunft alles notwendige und konnten auch während des Aufenthaltes immer Nachfragen. Seit der Pandemie sind wir nur noch in Ferienhäusern (davor vereinzelt), dieses Haus hat uns bisher am besten gefallen. Leider muß man, wie immer im Sommer am Mittelmeer, sich auf Stechmücken in der Nacht vorbereiten. Dafür kann das Haus aber nichts. Wir überlegen gerade unseren nächsten Urlaub wieder dort zu verbringen.

Erholung pur
Das Haus ist mit so viel Liebe und Charme eingerichtet und läd von der ersten Minute zum Entspannen und Erholen ein. Die Lage und der Blick aufs Meer garantieren Erholung pur. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns von Anfang an in dieser Ruheoase willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Schon jetzt freuen wir uns auf ein Wiedersehen im nächsten Tage.

Excellent sejour Cavalaire
Nous avons passe un excellent sejour dans cette tres belle villa elegamment decoree, tres bien equipee (cuisine, literie,...) avec une superbe vue sur la montagne et la mer et une piscine permettant de se relaxer. Tres bon accueil et ecoute au long du sejour.

Fühlten uns sofort angekommen!
Wir hatten für dieses Jahr eigentlich etwas anderes geplant. Mit Covid wurde das aber dann nichts. Wir haben uns dann doch noch zum Suchen einer Alternative durchgerungen, was sich dann als Glücksfall herausstellte. Leider konnten wir nur 8 Tage bleiben. Diese haben wir aber sehr genossen. Meine Frau und ich kennen die Region noch von früher und waren bis auf Saint Tropez wieder verzückt. Auch unsere Kinder fanden die Region und wir alle zusammen das Ferienhaus super. Unsere beiden Kinder hatten jeder ein eigenes Zimmer, der Wintergarten wurde trotz Sommer viel genutzt, wie natürlich auch die Terrasse und der schicke Pool. Und....es gibt einen herrlichen Blick auf das Tal mit dem Meer im Hintergrund. Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus und eine tolle Vermieterin, mit der wir telefonischen Kontakt hatten. Alles war völlig unkompliziert. Einen Punkt gab es aber, der nicht ganz so toll war. In der Zeit als wir dort waren, herrschte meist ein sehr starker, boeiger Wind. Da hatten wir dann ein Problem mit dem Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse. Vielleicht kann man dafür eine Alternative finden. Das schauen wir uns dann gerne an, da wir eh wiederkommen wollen.

Traumurlaub Mit wunderschönem Ausblick
Im letzten Jahr waren wir schon in der anderen Wohnung des Anwesens, dieses Jahr haben wir die vordere Wohnung mit Zugang zum Pool gemietet. Wieder sind wir positiv überrascht worden. Das gesamte Anwesen wirkt auch nach vorne heraus äußerst gepflegt, die Wohnung ist kuschelig und wunderschön eingerichtet und lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Diesmal fanden wir es sehr schön, denn Auch hier hat man eine eigene Terrasse und einen direkten Zugang zu dem wunderschönen Pool und den großzügigen Garten. So hat man auch zu Hause ein kleines Paradies. Es ist schwer, sich bei zwischen den beiden Wohnungen zu entscheiden. Beide bieten enorme Vorteile. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Die Gegend bleibt ein Traum, von St Tropez bis Le Labandou bieten sich wunderschöne pittoreske Buchten zum Schwimmen, Segeln und Entspannen und gute Möglichkeiten zu wandern oder zu shoppen. Besonders empfohlen seien die tollen Märkte, die neben Bekleidung und wunderschönen Tischutensilien auch leckere Lebensmittel aus der Region bieten.

Wir verbrachten zum 2. mal herrliche Urlaubstage in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung mit Nutzung eines wunderschönen gepflegten mediteranen Gartens mit Pool. Die Vermieter waren in allen Bereichen sehr hilfsbereit mit Informationen bez. Restaurants, Bademöglichkeiten u. Ausflüge. Gerne empfehlen wir die genannte Ferienwohnung weiter.

Really nice and peaceful.
Nice place, peaceful and the fact of having the pool...adds a lot. 5 minutes drive to the beaches, easy to park, good for families and for relax
