This property is phenomenal. Roomy, allowing you to stretch out, view the ocean on the lanai all day whether upstairs or downstairs. Very neatly appointed, full kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Close to all amenities. I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

A great June in Kona.

We were very pleased with the remolded property J4. We loved the hardwood and tile flooring. It was easy to keep clean ( not a fan of carpet). Didn't require constant vacuuming. Best sunsets from upstair lanai ever, many photos. Thank you for letting us use your home.

Month in paradise

We had a wonderful time in this spacious condo and appreciated all of the amenities. We loved the wonderful master suite including a private deck, and all of the other spaces that make this feel so roomy and relaxing. The lanai is a great place to sit and relax, and the complex is very quiet and private. We love the pool area, as well as the convenience to shopping and restaurants; a beautiful spot to enjoy all that the island has to offer as a tropical getaway. Tracy was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions or small issues…a great vacation spot!

The accommodations were excellent. A couple of issues we had were fixed almost immediately. As mentioned in a telephone conversation, the only recommendation would be to replace the beds on the main floor. While somewhat comfortable, the noise was like sleeping on paper.
