This fully furnished three story home with basement is the perfect getaway spot to experience Cleveland.
With 6 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this house comfortably sleeps 20. All bedrooms have Smart TVs.
There is also a basement with a sofa bed for extra sleeping area. We also offer a dedicated workspace areas.
The home has a huge living and dining spaces, sun room, outdoor furniture, and outdoor grilling area.

Additionally, the property’s location, and the overall design of the house adds to the beauty of this property.

The kitchen has all that you need, prepare the best meal for the group and share meaningful conversation over good food.
House is huge enough to accommodate 20 people. First floor has one large couch and a small couch. Second floor has four bedrooms with queen size bed each. Third floor with two bedrooms, one room with a queen bed and another room with two queen beds. Basement has one large couch. We also have 2 Queen Size self inflatable AirBeds.
The Home is fully rehabbed and Beautiful and fully complete on the inside and out!
The third floor is kind of like its own little suite. It has a door for privacy, 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with 2 queen size beds, as well as a desk in each room plus a full bathroom.
The second floor has a full bathroom and 4 queen bedrooms.
The basement has a large couch, big TV lots of room as well as a full bathroom. We have some Queen air mattresses also which can be set up in the basement (Or anywhere else in the house, there is lots of room!

✹ This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town! We love to host guests who have previously stayed in short term rentals and earned favorable reviews.
✹ While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away.
✹ If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please let us know ahead of time. It will help us better prepare for your reservation.
✹ There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected. For longer stays, Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.
✹ Please gather excess trash and place it in large receptacles at the side of the house.

✹ This cozy home is NOT for parties, large gatherings, or events. If a guest violates the house rules and allows unauthorized guests, everyone will be removed from the property without a refund.

✹ To ensure a seamless check-in and a clear understanding of the rental terms, guests are required to complete the following upon booking confirmation:

✔Fill out the Check-in Form
✔Sign the Rental Agreement
✹ LEFT ITEMS: $25 will be charged on items that was left in the property on top of the shipping fee
✹ CRIBS/BABY GEAR: Let us know at least a week in advance if you’ll need a crib, so we can have it ready and waiting for your little one before you arrive!
✹ Early Check-in:
If there is no reservation from the previous day, we can consider an early check in.
Alternatively, you can book the previous day to guarantee the early check in.
✹ Late Check-out:
Late check out request are seldomly approved due to the cleaning team is scheduled on your check out schedule at 11am.
✹ EXTENSION REQUEST: When you feel like time runs out too fast and wish to have more time in our home, we’ve got you covered. We’d appreciate it if you let us know as soon as you find out the need to extend your stay. We would like to inform you that we only allow extension requests until 12:00 am on your last day in the property. Any requests that come in after midnight while the cleaner is already scheduled for that day will have an additional cleaning fee.
✹ NOTE: We provide complementary consumables like toiletries which include soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, packets of creamer and sugar, and other bathroom amenities. For your convenience, we offer mid-reservation supplies replenishing at minimal cost.

Pet Friendly
★★ PETS ARE ALLOWED – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
✹ We welcome well-behaved pets. Only 2 pets are allowed per reservation (More than 2 pets are negotiable, please seek host approval first before making the reservation)
✹If you’re bringing more than our maximum pet allowed we would require a $500 security deposit
✹ Pets must be house-trained and under their owner’s control at all times. They should not be left unattended in the rental property at any time.
✹ Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, both indoors and outdoors. (Pet cleaning fee minimum of $500 may be charged after the reservation if proven that there was neglect on this item)
✹ If a pet causes damage to the rental property, the guest is responsible for the cost of any repairs or replacements.
✹ Guests must provide proof of their pet’s up-to-date vaccinations and flea/tick treatments before check-in.
✹ If a pet becomes a nuisance to other guests or neighbors, the guest may be asked to leave the rental property without a refund.
✹ Guests are responsible for any injuries or damages caused by their pets to other guests or neighbors.

You will be messaged a code followed by a check mark. This code is enabled in the electronic keypad deadbolt during your stay and can be used to unlock as well as to lock the door.
