About this property

Newly Renovated Condo With Pool on No Drive Beach

Enjoy your morning coffee with the sunrise over the ocean from your balcony (or even from bed) and your favorite cocktail with the sunset from the front door. Spend the day relaxing on the beach, cooling off by the pool, or exploring all the nearby fun activities, tasty eateries, and live entertainment. This newly renovated condo is perfectly situated to take advantage of as much (or as little) as your vacation-state-of-mind desires. Sleeps 4 adults plus kids.

The space
• The building underwent some major repairs/updates in 2020-2021
• This unit was fully renovated at the end of 2021 (down to the studs)
• All tv’s are wall mounted Smart TV – so you can sign in to your Netflix, Hulu, or Disney+ accounts. The great room tv is tilt-able and also has basic cable with OnDemand options
• The dining room table seats 6 plus an additional 4 chairs at the kitchen island
• The updated kitchen is fully-equipped. We hope you find everything you need
• The main bedroom has a comfy king-sized bed, drawers as well has hangers in the closet, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower
• The guest room offers a queen-sized bed on the bottom and 2 twin bunk beds above. The hall bath, with bathtub, offers direct access into this room, creating a second “suite” if desired.
• You’ll find a washer/dryer upfront in the hall closet
• Beach chairs and a menagerie of beach toys are available in the front closet to use during your stay (supply will vary)

Guest access
You will have full access to the entire unit and amenities, including the heated pool, BBQ area, and picnic tables. Take advantage of the covered parking on ground floor or find additional parking on the 1st floor. The parking lot is directly in front of the building.

Walk to a nearby restaurant/bar or take a short drive to a plethora of others. Need to stock up? You’ll find grocery stores, liquor stores, and beach shops nearby. Looking for something to do? You’ll be less than 3 miles to the Ponce de Leon Inlet Lighthouse, the Marie Science Center, and shops that rent kayaks, paddleboards, ect. Take a boat tour to see manatee, dolphins, or to do some deep sea fishing.
Other things to note

Located south of Daytona, “the World’s Most Famous Beach”, and the quiet town of Daytona Beach Shores and north of New Smyrna Beach, is the tranquil town of Ponce Inlet. Southpoint is located on the no-drive section of the beach, making it perfect for families and those looking for a peaceful, quiet spot to unwind.

Very nice long vacation

Stayed here for a long weekend. The hosts were wonderful and made sure everything was what it was supposed to be. Beds were comfortable (we prefer medium or soft firmness, so worked out great, as the master was right in the middle of that). Kitchen was well stocked. Beautiful view and nice quiet beach with it being a no drive beach.

Love this condo. We had grandchildren with us this time and the beach toys and chairs were wonderful. They loved their bedroom with the bunks. I especially loved the addition of the charging stations in the master. We have stayed at this property several times and this unit is my absolute favorite.

Great Girls Weekend!

This condo was so beautiful. We went for my daughters spring break and had the best time. The views from the balcony are amazing. We enjoyed our dolphin watching from the balcony in the morning.

We had a great week here. The hosts were so kind and helpful before and during our trip. The condo was beautiful and provided everything we needed and more. The view was amazing and the location was perfect. We just got home and our daughter keeps saying she misses her room and bed. So comfy! We will be back! 10/10 would recommend.

Tastefully decorated and comfortable. We had everything we needed and the owner was very responsive. She gave us great directions and support prior to our visit and while we were there. The second bedroom with a bunk is a little tight for a tall teenager. The key pad entry occasionally had a glitch.

The condo was perfect for us. The balcony was my favorite spot. I enjoyed the beautiful sun rises every morning over the no drive beach. Just Amazing! The condo had a fully stocked kitchen. It was nice to find a wine opener in a drawer! The unit and condo complex was immaculate. I felt like I was in a friends home and not a rental. In the condo, there was a book with everything we needed to know and the host also followed up with us throughout the stay. I would highly recommend this rental. As the host told me, it is a little slice of heaven. Can’t wait to come back again.

Wonderful getaway!

I cannot recommend this rental enough. The pride of ownership is noticeable in every corner of the condo. The cleanest VRBO that I've ever stayed! Beautifully updated. Plenty of room for my husband and 2 teens. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both showers (NOT common in any VRBO's that I've ever stayed!) All kinds of beach toys/chairs available. Clean, quiet, relaxing building. The view is incredible! I was blown away by the host. Handwritten note, bottled water, chocolates and sunscreen upon our arrival. Those are the personal touches that make all the difference in the world. I had a few questions and the host responses were nearly instant. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Hands down, our best VRBO experience yet. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely beautiful condo and exactly as presented in the photos. We had everything we needed and communication with the host was stellar. She responds quickly. We were greeted with two chocolates, two water bottles, a small tube of sunscreen and a sweet note. Julie has put together the most impressive Welcome and How to Book I have ever seen at a VRBO. The bed was extremly comfortable and we enjoyed the Raku TV with ability to use our apps like Netflix. The wifi works great! There is no closet in the guest room but there is a huge dresser and we shared the master closet. The walk in shower is amazing. The only things I felt were missing and would be great for convenience, are a full length mirror, and it would be nice to have lamps on the night stands in the master that have plugs in them for charging phones and smart watches. However, this did not affect our stay what so ever. I only mention for feedback. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes etc. Views were amazing and location is wonderful. There are several beach toys and chairs but we did not use them. We did enjoy playing Tabu one night. Also, Uber Eats WILL deliver here, you just have to meet them downstairs. Highly recommend this property and these hosts.

I was raised in New Smyrna Beach, FL, moved to Orlando for college, and never left. My family and I have traveled all over and still find Ponce Inlet on the top on our list of beautiful, peaceful spots. Nothing beats sunrises from the balcony, sunsets out front door, and not a worry in-between. When we go, we love checking out new restaurants, walking through the Ponce Preserve, and spending lazy days on the beach watching the kids tire themselves out.
