A set of stairs leads to the main front entry, where you'll be greeted by a bright & spacious open floorplan main living area with a line of windows that look out to a white sandy beach & endless blue water ocean views. The living room includes an all new SMART TV (with cable), plush sofa bed, modern accent chairs, & perfectly is situated adjacent to a set of sliding glass doors that lead to your very own ocean front deck with lounge & dining seating – one of the largest ocean front decks in Mission Beach! Adjacent to the living room is a dining area & fully equipped gourmet chef's kitchen with beautiful quartz counters & top of the line stainless steel appliances.
Off the hallway are 2 bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bath (shower) & SMART TV! Br#1 is “barn door” room, with a set of super cool barn doors that open to take advantage of ocean views from your Cal King bed. Br#2 is our “paradise” room & a great space for kids, complete with a Full sized bunk bed & additional separate twin bed.
Rounding out the 2nd level is a convenient half bath & side x side washer & dryer.
3rd/TOP LEVEL PENTHOUSE (master retreat!)
Anticipation sets in as you enter the top level penthouse master suite. Rest after a long day in the sun in the comfort of your very own Cal King sized bed, all while watching the sunset & your favorite shows on the SMART TV (cable included). This space also features coved ceilings, dual closets, oversized windows for optimal views, & a beautifully remodeled ensuite bath with tub/shower combo.

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• EVENTS | Parties, large gatherings or events of any kind, including but not limited to business retreats, bachelor(ette) parties or pre/post wedding celebrations, are not permitted onsite. This rental is not intended for gatherings of anyone except those who have paid to occupy the property.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
