Our 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom professionally decorated condo (unit 1808) is located RIGHT ON THE BEACH the PRESTIGIOUS, TOP-RATED MARGATE TOWER in Kingston Resort. It is OVER 3300 SQUARE FEET - 500 OF WHICH ARE BALCONY SPACE, and the ocean view from our condo is absolutely wonderful
Kingston Resort is CENTRALLY LOCATED right where North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach meet - allowing you to enjoy the best of both towns while still having the peace and privacy of an oceanfront retreat. While the beautiful Atlantic ocean and famous Apache Pier are enough to keep you occupied, there are also hundreds (literally) of shops and restaurants nearby to explore and dozens of entertainment options. These include House of Blues, Tanger Outlets, the shops at Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row, Myrtle Beach Mall and Bass Pro Shops, Carolina Opry, Pirate`s Voyage, Greg Norman`s Australian Grille, the world famous Ocean Annie`s Beach Bar, about a dozen golf courses just to name a few... and all within a 5 minute drive from the condo! BEDROOMS:
ALL 3 BEDROOMS have NEW 40` FLAT SCREEN TVs, BALCONY ACCESS, and ceiling fans. All three of our modern bathrooms feature tiled floors and plenty of space. The master bathroom even has a JACUZZI TUB! The bed setup is 1 king in the primary, 2 queens in the second bedroom, and 1 queen in the third bedroom.

AMENITIES GALORE:
Beautifully appointed, our ocean view condo is over 3300 square feet and offers an open floor plan with plenty of room to spread out. The spacious upgraded kitchen is fully stocked, and the dining area offers seating for 8. Our living room has a beautiful view of the ocean and has plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing after a long day at the beach. Chill out and watch your favorite show on our 55” FLAT SCREEN TV or enjoy a movie. There is an ABSOLUTELY HUGE MAIN BALCONY as well as a PRIVATE SECONDARY BALCONY - totaling OVER 500 SQUARE FEET OF BALCONY SPACE! Sit back, sip a drink or cocktail, and watch the waves roll in and the sun drop down on another great day at the beach.
Getting Around:
Restaurant & bar in walking distance. Taxis and Uber are also readily available with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more less than 5 minutes away.

-CHECK IN IS 4 P.M. CHECK OUT IS 10 A.M. (EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT UNAVAILABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS)
-MINIMUM RENTER AGE IS 25, PROOF OF AGE REQUIRED. GUEST AGE 25 OR OLDER MUST BE STAYING ON PROPERTY AT ALL TIMES.
-NON SMOKING Property
-Guests have access to multiple pools
-Guests do NOT have access to splash park, or gyms on property
-Unit located on the 18th Floor, with elevator access.
-No Pets Allowed (includes therapy pets). Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.
-No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
-Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
-Parking Restrictions: -Motorcycles can park free in designated parking near the entrance. - Trailers can park for $25/per day near the guard gate in a designated lot - fee is paid by credit card at automated machine.Electric vehicle charging stations are located at the Embassy Suites hotel in the resort (charging fee applies). There is 1 Tesla and 1 standard station.
-No grills on premises.
-Pool may be closed November 1st-April 1st depending on maintenance at Kingston
-Daily housekeeping service is not provided
-One roll of toilet paper, dish soap and one roll of paper towels are provided in a starter bag.
Policy Answers:
-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.
-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.
