Amazing!

What an amazing little place to stay right on Lake Superior. Comfy little cabin, deck off of the bedroom is a great view! Sitting around the fire with a glass of wine was super! Although away from everything, a nice winding drive gets you to so many sights. So worth it! Host is super quick to answer questions! Thanks!

Excellent for a weekend away

My wife and I were looking for a place to get away for a weekend with our dogs and this place is absolutely perfect for that! It's very quiet and private when we were there and we spent most of our time on the beach. The house has everything you need and is in an excellent location to go out and explore the UP while you're there.

Great peaceful beautiful place!

It was so wonderful to be surrounded by woods and Gitchee Gumee. Hosts really did what they could to help make it a great stay. Looking forward to trying it in the summer with the kids!

Comfortable & Convenient

My husband and I were looking for a quick getaway. This little spot was perfect. We were able to take the 40 mile drive to Copper Harbor and hit many hiking trails. Be sure to grab all the grocery essentials before you are north of Houghton. This property is very cozy as a launching area. No smells for being pet friendly. Beds are very comfortable. Property managers/owners quick to respond to questions and very helpful.

Great location! Great service from hosts. Very comfortable.

This was a lovely place right on the big Lake. This side of the Keweenaw is very quiet, very little traffic, and the lake is "relatively" calm. The house is small but very clean and comfortable. One possible drawback - the bathroom is on the second floor and you have to walk through the main bedroom there to access it. So, for two couples, there would be a privacy issue. For one, perfect, as long as the stairs are not an issue. The hosts are very responsive to questions. Recommended!!

Beautiful slice of the U.P.

Excellent spot, loved being right on the water. Perfect little home base for a long weekend in the Keweenaw. Great hosts - communicative and easy to work with. A restful, low-key stay. Skylink internet was very spotty but understandable given the area.

Relax & Rejuvenate

Looking to relax and be rejuvenated... this IS the place to be!!! An adorable, clean cabin and shoreline!! Washing dishes has never been so enjoyable... watch out the window as the waves roll in on the beautiful Lakes Superior!! The hosts are very accommodating and easy to communicate with!!

Great Beach Destination

The view and location are absolutely stunning! Cabin is charming and well stocked. Master bedroom was a comfortable and a relaxing space. Owners were very responsive. Wish the internet was more reliable as cell service is minimal.

Adorable Little Cabin

We had a great time, the house was clean and well stocked. We loved that it was right on the water with a fire pit. The shower had great water pressure and it was so clean. The master bed is huge and very comfortable. If we make it back to the UP in Michigan, we would book this cabin again. It was so much fun! If you’re looking to unwind & unplug, this is the perfect spot. Don’t count on cell service, you’re in the middle of nowhere. Peace & quiet!

Not as advertised

This place miss lead renters. Stated clean but left bugs in windows. Spare debri from pit fire all over beach. Only one bathroom and you had to clim attic type staircase. Claims in add private that was not true neighbors on both sides cars constantly passed busy street. I want my money back have pictures to prove. Owner claims fire pit debris were normal. Only clean place on beach we’re in the water.

Gorgeous beach and lovely cottage on the lake

My family had a wonderful week long stay at this cozy cottage on Lake Superior. The beach was wonderful, the hosts were super attentive to any questions we had, and the overall experience was just what we were looking for. The area is secluded and private but there are many options for day trips in the area to Copper Harbor, Houghton, and numerous waterfalls and trails. Will recommend this property to friends and family.

Beautiful and peaceful beach cabin

This cabin is located on a beautiful stretch of Lake Superior and is clean and well kept. Even though there are neighbors it feels very secluded. Lots of space outdoors. One thing to consider for groups is that the bathroom is accessed through the upstairs bedroom.

Amazing hideaway in a friendly neighborhood

My friends and I went to escape from the city and as our group is fairly diverse I was worried about the rural ness of the area, but the entire community in lake linden and copper harbor were extremely welcoming

Birthday getaway!

My husband and I both celebrated our birthdays at Little Besty and we could not have asked for more! The cabin was quiet and far enough from town to see every star imaginable. We enjoyed the beach during the day and the deck watching the stars at night. Everything was just right! The hosts were responsive and welcoming without being next door so if was the right amount of privacy. The location was amazing and there were sights close by, the Tobacco River was fun to walk about and there was a nice public pull off just before the cabin that made rock hunting easy! Town was worth a day of wondering with shops and a brewery. Overall the perfect mix of a weekend! Thanks Misty and Jason for a memorable weekend!!

Relaxing and secluded weekend

This is such a cute and relaxing property for a weekend get-away. The hosts were great in communicating with check in process' and any information you would need. Had everything you would need for cooking, would say that maybe a few more cooking utensils would be nice, but we were able to make due. The bedding was comfortable and you had plenty of towels. They supplied board games and when you wanted some down time, they have roku for their tv so you can watch all your favorite tv shows! My husband and I had a wonderful stay and hope to be back in the area soon!

A pure gem…

Absolutely loved our stay- took a chance on the booking a week in advance to possibly see the Northern Lights while on my spring break. The forecast was not favorable until the day before and this proved to be the perfect location for me. Everything was clean and the house it laid out nicely. My only surprise, which I may have read but it did not register, was that the bathroom is upstairs. It all worked out though. Excited to keep this green in my back pocket for a future adventure!!!
