Perfect location Holgate house with 4 bedrooms and sleeper sofa. Open space living with large living / dining area. Two bedrooms on top floor and 2 on bottom with living in between both.. Three separate decks with new rooftop deck. Just steps from beach (6th house back), corner lot with view of bay from top deck.
