Beach front vacation rental - perfect for families!

Located in the center of Alice Town, Hanna's House is a very spacious 2nd floor, 1,400 SF 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home. This beachfront home is within walking distance to Radio Beach and many local restaurants and shops, and also just up the hill from Big Game Marina.

The large great room includes a large sleeper sectional and dining table with seating for 8. The newly installed fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make a freshly brewed cup of Nespresso or a delicious meal.

Fall asleep to the sounds of the waves or take in the beach views from the Master suite which has a King size bed, sitting area and an ensuite bath with shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, and an ensuite bath with a shower and double vanity. The half bath is located in the great room.

Off of the great room are sliders that lead out to the wrap-around balcony where you can enjoy the beach and sunset views.

The home has wireless internet, and is fully airconditioned, with ceiling fans and TVs in each room. Board games, beach chairs, beach blankets, beach towels, umbrella's and beach toy's available for use.

True Bahamian experience

We spent 4 nights at this beautiful home. Everyone was so friendly. We got to experience the non tourist part of Bimini. Local restaurants are close by. Best view and just a short hop to the ocean. Jennifer helped us get a taxi ride to the house, and secure a golf cart for our stay. This was truly an experience my family and I will always cherish. Make sure you check out Nate’s Bimini bread close by.

Amazing views

Jennifer lives close by and helpful during our stay. The home has amazing views of the sunset and overlooks the ocean, it's a block from main street and central to where the locals live. She has chairs for the beach and a few options for snorkeling equipment. The locals we meet were beautiful people, kind and helpful and content with less "stuff". Jennifers home is one of the nicest we saw - it's very safe here but you will be in the midst of homes which need much work. Grateful for the golf cart, def need one to get around the island. Here's a few things we found: Stuarts, great place for beers and ceviche. Everything is expensive, ask locals where they eat. Def visit the water depot, they fill your gallons for 1 (or pay 3-6 at the stores). Bring snacks, pretty limited options. As for travel, we made the mistake of booking with Silver Airways, they cancelled our flight home (happens routinely) just lil more than a day from our flight. The ferry is ridiculous priced and takes minimum of 2 hours. Jennifer was helpful during our scrambling to find options.

A little piece of paradise

If you're looking for the best accommodation on the island, you can stop reading now -- this is the one. Located on the quiet, serene part of the island, this gem offers a peaceful retreat away from Resorts World. The property is incredibly spacious, immaculately clean, and has stunning ocean views that you can enjoy directly from your own little slice of the beach. Fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean - no need for a sound machine. Plus the host truly goes above and beyond to ensure you feel at home and catch the friendly and welcoming island vibe.Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable stay in Bimini. And if you're coming to dive, Neal's dive shop is a 3 minute walk!

SIBLING GETAWAY TRIP

Jennifer was very accommodating. The location of the property faced the beach and the views were amazing. My siblings and I had some great adventures on Bimini. The floors were dirty when we arrived, but Jennifer took care of getting them cleaned the following day, We would love to come back.

Perfect for Family Getaway

This property right on the beach is perfect for couples or families looking for a nice getaway. Host Jennifer is incredible and goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. The house has all the amenities you need and each room has a large TV. The front balcony is ideally suited for watching the sunset or just relaxing with a book. Located in Alice Town, there are a lot of restaurants nearby, along with the Bimini Big Game Club/Marina (just down the hill). We are definitely planning on coming back!!!

Incredible View

Terrific location and an excellent host. The house was perfect for our family and the beach in front of the house was beautiful. Jennifer was a great host and so friendly. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We will definitely return if we are able.

A week in Bimini!

The house had everything that we needed for a relaxing week on the beach. A closet full of towels, a kitchen with the needed items for cooking, beach towels and chairs for sinking our toes in the sand. The view off the front deck was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful sunsets! There were several places within walking distance to get a good meal (CJ's had fantastic burgers and fries), as well as a tasty adult beverage. Also convenient to the house were 2 grocery stores that provided everything that we needed for making meals in the house. With Robert's Grocery having homemade banana bread that was perfect for breakfast. A special surprise was the neighbor Otis; we were blessed on 2 occasions by his generosity: a blueberry cheese cake one night and a loaf of cinnamon bread later in the week. We will definitely book again when we return to Bimini!!

Beautiful beach

The most beautiful clear ocean. So calm and great snorkeling right in front of the house. We loved the beds, full kitchen, washer and dryer, WiFi, and tv options. The host and her family were so welcoming, and even brought us fresh baked cinnamon buns.

Love this property!

My family stayed for a week and had the best time! The location is perfect. You definitely get the “real” Bimini experience staying here in the heart of Alice Town. Very close to everything you could want—restaurants, shops, small grocery stores, bakeries, big game marina, radio beach! We rented the golf cart which was a huge bonus! Jennifer’s uncle, Otis, even baked us yummy homemade bread and brought it by a couple of times during our stay! Very welcoming and helpful hosts! Would definitely stay here again if we ever make it back to Bimini!

Awesome stay right in the heart of Bimini

If you’re looking to experience Bimini and the culture at its finest, this is your place. The house was great and had everything that you need. In close proximity to everything the island has to offer. The most gorgeous waters steps across the street. We drove our boat over from FL and rented a cart for our 6 day stay. Docked at Browns Marina which was great as well. The gentleman living below was super friendly and generous. Cold AC and hot water for our party of 7. I definitely recommend this place. The host was very attentive as well. 5 stars+

Terrific stay in North Bimini

We had a wonderful stay at a terrific property. The best part was our host Jennifer and her family. She provided great communication ahead of time, and got us settled in (including picking us up from the ferry when we arrived). she was very available as she is on a separate part of the property. She provided lots of great advice, and we scored some great local food (per my son "best chicken ever!") and other treats. The flat is lovely and in great shape with excellent AC. Very clean. Some minor issues with water pressure in kitchen, but everything else very comfy. While there is a small street in front, it's very quiet and you can basically fall off the porch to the beach. A short walk to the right there is a lovely accessible beach and perfect swimming. The rocky part directly in front has tons of fish to see. Short walk to best conch salad & cocktail stand (Big Mikes's). Short walk down hill to Big Game resort for food and SCUBA. This is not a resort - it's a really nice way to stay in a local neighborhood, relax, and get a sense of local life. Would love to come back!

Hammerheads!!

Jennifer picked us up at the ferry. A 2 minute ride to the house that is on the beach..,only separated by a small road. The house was beautifully renovated, with updated kitchen and furnishings. Bathrooms were spacious as well as the 2 bedrooms. Spent lots of time on the balcony looking at the ocean and lovely sunsets. Everything within walking distance. Dive shop just down the hill. Very convenient. Shark dive was amazing. Islanders very friendly. Food choices eating out were a bit limited but fresh fish and conch!! Grocery stores were small but adequate.

Beautiful View

The rental was exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. Host was extremely accommodating and we loved that we were so close to the beach. Will definitely stay again whenever we visit Bimini. Thank you for being such a wonderful host.

Authentic Bimini

If Bimini is where you want to go and you don’t want to be in a resort, this just might be the perfect house. Jennifer was so kind and helpful- checking in every couple of days, and she was just an amazing person to talk to about local history and personalities. The inside of the house was just as nice and comfortable as all the pictures looked. Plenty of space, everything you need for a week, and a great location for everything Bimini offers, much of it in walking distance. To be 100% honest we were a bit surprised by the amount of trash in general there was in Bimini, the house was a little rough on the outside (similar to the rest of the island), and we experienced low water pressure that altered a bit when we would shower or do dishes, but you could still do all of those things. Again, if I was ever to go back to Bimini, I would 100% rent this house again, because Jennifer was the best host, and this is a great location if you would like to avoid the resorts.

AMAZING STAY

We got to stay at Jennifers place for 10 days for our anniversary. Everything about our stay was amazing! Jennifer picked us up from the ferry after our flight to South Bimini and was super flexible with our pick up time due to our flight being delayed. We were able to rent our golf cart directly from her to make traveling around the island super easy. She is located in Alice Town and this was THE BEST location we could have chosen for our first trip to Bimini. Everyone on the island was so friendly, we felt right at home! There is a perfect place to hang out at the beach right in front of the house and we were the only people in that area most every day. We felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves. Jennifer has beach chairs and umbrellas in the house that guests can use -- loved this! We truly couldn't have asked for a better stay and we cannot wait to come back!
