Quiet central location
Our apartment has a large covered balcony with sea views. Already in the morning when getting up, you can see directly on the sea.
The apartment is located in the 4th Floor and can accommodate a maximum of 3 persons. There are 2 elevators in the house.
The balcony is located at the back of the house overlooking cultural island and tidal land, so you can enjoy the tranquility of the island and are still located right in the center of the island. The main beach is within a few minutes walk. In our 1-room apartment you will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday on Borkum.

Tolle Aussicht Aber leider altbacken und staubig.
Die Wohnung war im Stil der 60/70jer Jahre eingerichtet. Teppich im Wohn/Schlafbereich und es roch muffig, als wäre lange nicht gelüftet worden. Der Balkon war das Highlight der Wohnung allerdings leider auch nicht sauber. Im Wohn/Schlafbereich hab ich erstmal Staub gewischt und bei den Klappbetten auf der Rückenteil konnte ich im Staub schreiben. Schade wenn diese Wohnung renoviert wird ist es ein Highlight.

Für unseren kurzfristig gebuchten und kurzen Aufenthalt war das Quartiert zweckmäßig und ausreichend. Für einen längerfristigen Aufenthalt würden wir ein moderneres Quartier wählen.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist für Leute, die gerne nah an der Promenade wohnen möchten, geeignet. Das Haus selber ist ein sehr großer Wohnblock. Die Einrichtung nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Der Zustand scheint noch aus dem Baujahr zu sein und wirkt renovierungsbedürftig (alter Teppichboden, alte Fliesen, sehr hohe Hängeschränke in der Kochnische). Der Lüfter im Bad läuft nur zu bestimmten Tageszeiten (unangenehm)! Der Konatkt mit der Agentur war sehr angenehm und freundlich, Fragen und Probleme wurden sofort erledigt! Auch die Schlüsselübergabe klappte reibungslos! Insgesamt für den Zustand zu teuer.

Gute Lage, altbackene Einrichtung, witzige Klappbetten
Die Wohnung ist richtig gut gelegen. Sobald man aus der Tür geht ist man fast direkt am Strand und an der Promenade. Das Haus in dem die Wohnung ist, ist ein Hochhauskomplex, der nicht sonderlich schön ist, aber von drinnen hat man im 4. Stock einen Blick aufs Meer. Das Gezeiten-Land ist architektonisch nicht so ansprechend und macht deshalb die Aussicht etwas weniger schön. Hinter dem Haus ist eine öffentliche kleine Outdoor-Fitnessanlage. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist sehr speziell. Auffallend ist der Teppichboden sowie die alten Möbel inklusive Schrankwand, in der sich zwei einzelne nebeneinanderliegende aufklappbare Betten befinden. Zusätzlich zu der insgesamt antiquarisch anmutenden Einrichtung waren die Klappbetten, welche ich bisher nur aus Filmen kannte, mein ganz persönliches Highlight. Ich habe mich in der Wohnung ein bisschen wie in einem Film/Museum gefühlt. Mit aufgeklappten Betten fand ich die Wohnung auch gemütlicher. Was mir vorher nicht so klar war: Zwischen beiden Betten ist eine Lücke, nicht groß, aber ist halt kein Doppelbett. Ansonsten war die Wohnung sauber, auch wenn der Teppichboden so wirkt, als ob er eher selten gereinigt wird. Blöd war, dass das WLan nicht funktioniert hat (was auch während des Aufenthalts nicht behoben wurde). Unnötig ist, dass nochmal ein zusätzlicher Mietvertrag unterschrieben werden soll.

Bei der Buchung sieht man erst sehr spät,dass noch Zusatzkosten entstehen für die Buchung. Das hat uns sehr geärgert, gehört meiner Meinung nach mit in den Mietvertrag.

Kurztripp mit Meerblick
Wie versprochen, hatten wir einen schönen Blick auf das Meer, es war ruhig im Wohnkomplex, Möbel und Teppichboden dürften mal erneuert werden, war aber alles sauber. DieRollos waren funktionstüchtig. Auf dem Südbalkon fehlte ein Wäscheständer und Beschattungsmöglichkeit. Im Bad fielen die Klebehaken ab, sonst war alles topp ! Die Nähe zur Promenade war ebenfalls von Vorteil.

Schöne Wohnung, toller Urlaub!
Die Wohnung ist schön und war sehr sauber! Der Meerblick ist, wie man ihn auf dem Bild sieht, super! War ein schöner Urlaub! Das einzige negative war, dass die Dame, die uns die Schlüssel überreicht und uns die Wohnung gezeigt hat, etwas unfreundlich war. Das war ein nicht so schöner Start!

Urlaub auf Borkum
Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Wir haben uns auf Borkum sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Insel hat sehr viel zu bieten. TOP. Allerdings waren wir mit dem Zustand der Wohnung nicht so zufrieden. Die Ausstattung lässt doch zu wünschen übrig. Eine Renovierung wäre nicht schlecht. Das Badezimmer war sehr sauber. Die Küche war auf den zweiten Blick nicht so sauber. Und was uns persönlich am meisten gestört hat, war der Teppich im Wohn/Schlafbereich. Gerade für Allergiker/Asthmatiker wäre hier ein Laminat von Vorteil.

Gute Erholung
Wir haben sehr schöne Tage auf Borkum verbracht, die Wohnung war Super, der Blick auf`s Meer fantastisch. Selbst bei schlechtem Wetter ist man in der Wohnung gut aufgehoben, sie hat alles was man braucht. Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Das schönste war , morgens aufzuwachen und aus dem Bett raus das Meer zu sehen. Das Gezeitenland,Kulturinsel, Einkaufmöglichkeiten und Restaurants direkt vor der Tür......Super.
