Newly updated house that is ~1 min walk (0.5 block) from the beach!

Under 6 miles from Murrell’s Inlet and Myrtle Beach State Park, ~2 miles from The Pier at Garden City, and ~ 8 miles from Myrtle Beach International Airport.

Over 2,100 sq ft and sleeps up to 12 people! 4 HDTVs with live TV channels, high-speed wifi, private pool (non-heated), free parking, and outdoor seating. Linens (i.e. bed sheets, pillows, comforters, towels) are provided!

Private hot tub available from November - April.

Minimum age to rent: 25 years of age

This beautiful beach house is owned and managed by us – there is no middle man. When you reach out, you will be talking directly with us!

The dining area seats nine. Six can gather around the table, and three more can sit at the adjacent breakfast bar. On the other side of the kitchen island is the well-equipped kitchen. New appliances, pots and pans, tableware, and regular coffee maker complete the kitchen.

There is also a small, outdoor charcoal grill available for your use.

✩ Top Floor has Three Bedrooms:
- #1: Queen Bed, ensuite Full Bathroom
- #2: King Bed, ensuite jack-and-jill bathroom

Additional Details:
✩ CLEANING: We take cleaning and sanitizing very seriously. Our cleaners have been vetted to ensure that enhanced cleaning protocols are being performed.

✩ PARKING: Four vehicles can fit in the private driveway.

✩ ACCESS: The front door has an electronic lock. You will be provided the door code at least 48 hours before arrival.

✩ BABY GEAR: We have a pack n' play, high chair, and baby gate available for use. There is no crib - just one pack n' play.

✩ CHECK IN/OUT: We do not offer late check out or early check in. Late check outs without permission accrue a $50 charge every 30min.

This is a non-smoking house. If you smoke inside the house, you will be charged $500 plus the increase in cleaning fee and any damages.

Pet fee: Only dogs are allowed by pre-approval only. We charge a $100 fee (includes tax) per dog. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and must be house-trained. When left at the property alone, dogs must be confined (i.e. in a crate) when left at the property alone. The pet fees are due separately within 48 hours of booking.

Great Home and Location

Beautiful home steps from the beach! We found the home to be just as described. Nicely decorated with comfortable furnishings. It was too early to use the unheated pool but everyone loved the hot tub! The large covered deck was great when it rained. Loved the palmetto trees too! We had a great visit.

Dog friendly but smells like dog pee!

The location is awesome but the downstairs smelled like dog pee was soaked into the furniture and carpet. I tried to use disinfectant but the smell was so gross we left a night early.

Great holiday week beach visit

This was our second time staying at Heaven Sent and it again suited our needs for family members coming and going during the week. Grandparents stayed downstairs with the full bath, and our daughters had plenty of room with adjoining bedrooms and a shared bath upstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed to make several meals. Our dogs loved the fenced in back yard and spent time lying in the sun on the back deck. Walks on the beach were just a block away. We love the vibe of Surfside and will definitely be back.

Family getaway

The floors could have been cleaner. Thankfully, I always bring my own cleaning supplies. Overall, the hosts were wonderful to communicate with and we had a wonderful time. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Enjoyed Time with Family but Disappointed in Property

I regret having to leave a negative review but need to document the house's current condition. House didn’t match listing, photos, or reviews which was disappointing. Upon arrival, the yard was overgrown/unkept and trash around exterior. The house interior could be better maintained. It wasn't vacuumed well, had broken hall light, dirty shower curtain, filthy baseboards and railings, stained carpet, dirt on doors/walls, and closet door off track. Hall closet was a sand-filled mess. There were stains on curtains and couches, air vents were dust-filled, and screen door was ripped. Twin beds had exposed/old box springs. There were no hand towels or bathmats. While kitchen had basics, it was disorganized, old/rusty cookware and sparse flatware. Upon check-in, we contacted owners, but received a response the following day. The owners took immediate action to address some issues (mow grass, fixed light and closet door). We appreciated these efforts and informed them other issues. Unfortunately, there was no further attempt to address the cleanliness issues. We offered to send photos of the house's condition but didn’t receive a response. The property had some positive aspects: location was convenient, close to beach access/restaurants, and neighborhood/neighbors were pleasant. The check-in/out process was straightforward, and property offered ample space, a pool, and 3 beach chairs. We enjoyed the week with our family and good weather, despite our disappointment in the house.

Heaven Sent!

We absolutely loved this home! Super clean, amenities were great and location was superb!! The best thing was the spacious home and the teenage boys loved having their own area. The kids also loved the hot tub and were constantly chilling. Thanks for such a wonderful stay!!

Perfect Winter Getaway

Heaven Sent was a great fit for the Winter getaway we were looking for. Close to the beach for long walks, a relaxing hot tub, and a very spacious and well appointed home. The kitchen had everything we needed. When we didn’t feel like cooking, we hit the fun restaurants just a short walk away. Chelsea and Dan were quick to respond to questions and were very helpful. Hope to return next year!

Very Relaxing 😎

This home has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Surfside! It’s just steps from the public access. The view from the back deck overlooking the pool was refreshing. It was a bit too cool to go for a swim but we did enjoy the hot tub! The pups liked exploring the backyard and playing catch with their ball! Kitchen is well stocked and I was able to cook or go for a walk or drive into town for all the great food there! Beach Chairs and beach towels were provided which was a first for me and much appreciated as it cut down on items we had to bring from home! Would definitely recommend this home! Beds are comfortable and the layout is great for family gatherings!

Outstanding and everything it was advertised to be

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at “HEAVEN SENT” the house was exactly as advertised. This location was perfect. Just one block away from the beach. The pool was clean and nice. House was well stocked and provided everything we needed. The owners were quickly responsive to any questions we had. The best thing was they allowed us to bring our dogs with us, which is a rare find nowadays. We made sure that as nice as the house was when we got there… We make sure it was even better when we left so that these owners would allow other pet lovers to continue bringing their fur babies with them. Fantastic house!

We had the best time staying at “heaven sent” and were sad to go! The house was incredibly clean and comfortable for our 7 adult, 2 children stay. Walkable to restaurants and extremely close to the beach just one block away! The deck and bottom patio were great for gathering and cooking out and the pool was a great reprieve from the beach. Would definitely stay again! Thank you for for having us :)

Fall Break

We vacation in Surfside often, however, we don’t usually rent a home as we have a RV. Having said that, this was great property to rent! The home was neat, clean, and fully stocked (including beach supplies)! The location was very convenient and the pool and hot tub were a great addition to our stay! We had a slight internet issue one day during our stay, but once notified, the owners handled the issue immediately and maintained contact with updates. Overall, we had a fantastic trip and would definitely rent this property again!

Fun and Pleasant

The property was very clean an spacious. There was plenty of room for my wife and I as well as our cousin and 2 dogs. The area was nice quiet and friendly as well. The walk to the beach was very quick and easy as well. Load of fun and advertised very well.
