This is an Adorable and completely renovated unit with new tile floor, interior walls, doors and furniture. $50,000 in recent renovations including a totally new bathroom and a new kitchen with designer cabinets, quartz counter tops and new stainless steel appliances. All windows and doors have been replaced with large picture frame windows in the front providing magnificent views of the beach. First floor unit with beach access just 25 yards from front door. Features Include: 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, open kitchen with bar, covered front deck, open side deck and more.

Perfect two bedroom getaway!

The condo is so tastefully done, beautiful kitchen and so comfortable to be in! The owners are warm and friendly to communicate with. The warmth transfers to this little abode as well. We had a great time!

Relaxing Getaway

This cozy beach house was perfect! It had everything we needed, decorated nicely, very comfortable, and located right across the street from a beach access. Great porch seating and two outdoor eating areas. We loved our visit and this adorable beach cottage.

Perfect Place in the Sun

Can not complain about anything. Perfect location, beach across the street is wonderful. Not crowded at all ( we were there 3 rd week of July.) plenty of space and pool in back is a great bonus. My family loved it as much as the ocean. Easy to find. Thank you for sharing your Place in the Sun!

We enjoyed staying here, our unit was as described in listing, bed was very comfortable, walk out the door and the beach is right across the street, and pool in the backyard.

The property was very nice and we had a great stay. Everything was well staged, clean and very welcoming. The pool was excellent and the short walk to the beach was perfect. We look forward to staying again at some point in the future.

A place in the sun

Awesome Beach Spot

The space was clearly recently renovated and it was very nice. Perfectly clean. The beach is just steps away down a little path. Perfect place for a relaxing getaway!

SGI FIRST TIMERS!

Our visit to SGI was for a family reunion. Our rental was great. Easy to locate on the island. Very clean and nicely decorated. We were so busy we never even used the pool! We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property

The listing was a little confusing because i didnt realize it was 4 units in one house wgen i booked but overall happy with my stay. House was clean and well kept. Pool was so nice especially with kids. Not a hard walk to beach. Would book again
