Perfect Location!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Nicole’s place. It’s in the perfect location with easy access to the mountain (via the free gondola) and easy access to downtown Steamboat (via the free bus). We didn’t have to drive once! The studio was clean, cozy, and had all of the necessary amenities.

Visited Steamboat to get out of AZ heat; a very nice break. Restaurants, hiking, pickleball & clubhouse very conveniently located. Host was very helpful with any questions I had. Will definitely return next year!! Janie

Mountain Town Bliss

My wife and I are digital nomads, and our needs differ from the average vacationer in Steamboat. That said, I think the only thing we would have preferred was a little more light in the main living area, as that is where we worked. The property itself is ideally situated for access to the mountain. We also utilized the fitness center and hot tubs at the Trailhead Lodge. The kitchen was well equipped to handle everything we wanted to cook, there are grocery stores close by, and plenty of restaurants to choose from. There is so much to do in Steamboat, that we were there for a month and need to go back to continue to explore. We would definitely stay with Nicole again at this awesome property.

Convenience

Property was well maintained. The amenities were very convenient, gym, pool, hot tubs, shuttle service and gondola to Steamboat Square. My previous stay was at Trail Head Lodge with a larger group, so I knew the amenities and therefore I chose Fast Tracks as I traveled alone and did not need the space. Big enough for two people, and as four is acceptable it would be tight.

Small but perfect stay

The location was excellent. Easy less than 5 min walk to the gondola that takes you to the main resort base. The heated pool and hot tub were great. About 5 min walk from unit (this would be a bummer if you didn’t know I’m advance which we did) The place itself was perfect as advertised. Small one room studio with queen bed and pull out sofa. Small kitchen but it had everything we needed for a short stay. Would be a bit small for more than a few nights. Linens and towels all provided. Great washer dryer. Tv wasn’t working but we didn’t need that and hopefully owner will fix it ! Overall we had perfect stay given the rate and space !

Pre-Christmas in Steamboat

The property is exactly as described, small but clean and well-located. The Wildhorse gondola takes you up to the main gondola square. The property is part of the Vacasa network so there are complimentary shuttles (please remember to tip) that will drive you to or from locations throughout Steamboat. The Trailhead lodge has lots of nice amenities and it's a 3 min walk away.

Convenient but sparse

We didn’t mind that the unit was small, but did feel it was lacking in some basics, i.e, Kleenex, cereal bowls. Minimal equipment in the kitchen. TV set up was confusing with no guidance on how the 3 remotes interacted.

Perfect Studio

Nice spot

Location is really close to the gondola that takes you up to the base, very convenient for skiing. Pool and hot tubs are awesome. Hershey kisses were a nice touch.

This was a nice place and in a good location. Had a bit of a difficult time finding the pool and hot tub amenities. Had to check in to the lodge to get an access key which would have been nice to know instead of walking around guessing how to get in. All in all, place was nice and clean, worked well for a weekend away for 2.

We had a great time. And the condo was nice and neat. A little disappointed that we were not made aware of the fact that the gondola was not open. The listing shows that we were supposed to have gondola access so I think that needs to be updated. Also let people be made aware of the construction that is happening around the unit.

Our stay

Condo was quaint as expected from the photos. Great location. Perfect for the 2 of us. We made the short jaunt to the beautiful community pool every night which was very relaxing. The only downside was the tired carpeting and a lack of A/C which seems common in the area, to which we opened the windows and used the provided fans at night to make the heat manageable. Good luck staying in the second & third floor units. The window screens were torn from untrimmed pine trees, which allowed a couple of unwanted mosquitos buzz the unit all night. The kicker was the massive amount of unmentioned construction surrounding this complex on 3 of the 4 sides to which we were awakened between 6:30 & 7:00 am every morning of our 4 day stay. Note: Thats wearing earplugs! All in all we enjoyed our stay in Steamboat however at $200+ a night the condo didn't meet our expectations.Our
