This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath fully furnished home has tile, carpet, ceiling fans and plenty of natural light throughout the home . Unwind from the evening in the heated pool or spa, sit by the fireplace and enjoy your favorite beverage. Jaw dropping mountain views from every direction and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Backyard is great for entertaining family and friends. You will find premium amenities in the Scottsdale Mountain Community that include basketball /tennis courts and hiking trails. Close to Phoenix Open, Barrett Jackson, 5 star restaurants, entertainment, spring training facilities, shopping, golf courses and major freeways.
This rental has a 30 day minimum requirement.
Pets will need to be approved per booking with pet deposit.
There will be Monthly cleaning at tenant's expense and utilities over $250 per month will be deducted from Tenant's $1,000 Electricity deposit. Please inquire within.
Please note, we will prepare an Arizona standard AAR lease agreement with all bookings once accepted.
