Pet friendly with pet fee paid. Shipwreck cottage is a short walk to the beautiful white sandy beaches of Mexico Beach! Cozy and beautifully furnished, the master bedroom features a king size bed along with a private master bath. The guest bedroom offers two queen bunk beds that can accommodate 4 guest. Spend your day at the beach or by the community pool. Unwind on the back deck and enjoy peek a boo views with the gulf and beautiful sunset colors!

There are several restaurants and businesses open! Come see all the progress Mexico Beach has made :)

**Needing More Space** This unit and Beach Time Cottage can be rented together for larger parties. Family Reunions, Wedding events, we got you covered!

Wonderful week in February 2025

What a place! I was wowed by all the things you would not expect to have in a rental. To name a few simple things like dishwasher, laundry detergents. Soap, shampoo, paper towels. I have stayed at much more expensive places and had none of these simple items. The place is decorated very nicely. Comfortable beds. I mean a short walk to the beach what else could you need. Great place. Will stay there again. Hopefully soon. Georgia Girl

Cozy Cottage

Shipwreck Cottage was great. We really liked the location.The cottage was well supplied except for two items. There was not a clock in the cottage and there were no lamps in the bedrooms. We would have liked to have a clock in the bedrooms and we would have liked to have lamps on the bedside tables in the bedrooms. It would also be nice to have a clock in the living room/dining area. Everything else about the cottage was very good.

Shipwreck Cottage was great!

We enjoyed our long weekend at Shipwreck Cottage in December 2024. Easy walk beach. The house is located in a cute little community with plenty of areas around to walk our dogs. We thought we were going to have a scheduling conflict, and the owner was more than willing to help us with an alternative booking. As it turns out, it wasn't needed, but the helpfulness of the owner was much appreciated. Its a nice, clean, well located property. Book it!

Best Cottage Ever!!

I can’t say enough good things about this cottage. Very clean, cozy, comfortable, well stocked are just a few things that made our vacation amazing! The owner was a pleasure to work with and very quick with communication. I will recommend this place to all of my friends and family. Can’t wait to stay here again!

1 Year Anniversary

We stayed over the weekend and it was absolutely flawlesses with the location & the house itself. There were zero bugs inside (not even any tiny spiders by the door or windows), very cozy furniture, no loose sand or trash anywhere, and generally just an amazing place. Me & my girlfriend would definitely go again if I had the chance :)

Lovely little beach cottage!!

Shipwreck cottage was a wonderful place to stay! We were very close to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood! Pool area was very nice also! We would definitely love to go back and also we recommend this as a favorite family vacation spot!!

This unit was very clean, which was greatly appreciated. The only change I’d make is that the shower head is really high for shorter folks. An extra shower head holder installed a little lower would be nice. Otherwise, the unit was absolutely perfect! We loved the small community of houses. Thank you!!

Wonderful stay

The attention to details made this place great. I appreciated the snacks which were perfect for hungry kids when we arrived and the beach/pool towels by the door. Can’t wait to stay again.

The property was clean and appeared as the pictures indicated. A lot of little touches, a welcome basket of snacks! Paper towels, toilet tissue, Snacks, paper towels, toilet tissue, trash bags, shampoo, etc. Very thoughtful touches.

This was a perfect little cottage with a community pool. Only took 5 minutes to get to the ocean! I loved that linens were furnished along with soap and shampoo. Will stay there again.

Clean, updated and walkable to the beach

Excellent place for our beach trip. Owner may want to list that beach towels are on site so renters don’t have to bring their own. Also, a small gate at the back porch stairs would be nice to corral pets/kids if they decide to gather on the back deck for a drink or meal.
