4 Bedrooms, 4 Baths (every room has its own bath), Sleeps 12, all beds have a Tempur-Pedic topper, which will feel like you are sleeping on a cloud.

This brand new condo is a corner unit located on the 15th floor with incredible views of the Gulf that can be enjoyed from the massive balcony or from floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. It is a very spacious unit (almost 2100 square feet) and has a well-thought-out floor plan and luxury décor.

Tenants have access to wonderful amenities, including outdoor pool with a water slide that will glide you into the lazy river. Other amenities include: keyless entry lock, BBQ grills, heated in-door swimming pool, splash pad for the kids, large jacuzzi, fitness center with a spectacular view of the Gulf.

This luxury condo is appointed with full-size appliances including washer and dryer, wet bar with ice maker and separate sink, 75” flat screen TV in living room, a 65" flat screen TV in the master, a 55" flat screen TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms. Every room has a power strip with 4 outlets and 3 USB ports. There is a king bed in the master and 4th bedroom, two queen beds in the 1st and 2nd bedrooms.


The location of this property is in the heart of Orange Beach and is beyond convenient. Nearby, you will find grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, etc. Within a short walk/drive, you will find numerous outdoor adventures and activities for the whole family. The property is directly across the street from the state park.

Please note that, due to the cable provider restrictions, the remotes (nor the televisions) allow for the source to be changed so you will not be able to connect secondary devices to the televisions. Please plan accordingly. There are so many other things to do with the family. It will be a good excuse for you and your family to "unplug" and enjoy the moment.

There is a 25-year-old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Covered Deck Parking: You must purchase a parking pass. There is a one-time fee (not daily) of $60 per vehicle. It is recommended that you purchase your pass prior to arrival. You will receive an email a few days prior to your arrival date.

Incredible Beach condo
This property is gorgeous! Everything is exactly as described in the listing. We were traveling with our adult children and our grandchildren and everyone had so much fun! Location is fabulous! Right on the beach, but also the lazy river. We definitely recommend this place!

This beautiful condo accommodated our family of 12 very well. The ice maker didn’t work but we were informed ahead of time and compensated for the inconvenience. Communication with the host was timely and extremely informative.

It was such a wonderful place.....
....we seriously considered buying a similar unit. It was perfect in every way. We went with our children plus a grandchild, and even with eight adults and a toddler, we all had plenty of space. The property manager was always quick to answer questions leading up to our stay. It was clean and we had all we needed to cook some meals and feed our crew when we chose not to go out. It is a beautiful space in a beautiful place and we loved it.

My family and friends enjoyed our stay. The condo was exactly as pictured and the layout was perfect for our children ranging in age from elementary school to college. The facilities were beautiful and well maintained. Everyone employee we encountered was friendly. The property had the best stocked kitchen of any I have visited. We would highly recommend and stay again!

This is a beautiful condo! Our family of 7 adults stayed here and we were all very happy with our stay. We had all the amenities we needed to cook and some bonus items (waffle maker, etc). The beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. Owners were very good with information about the unit, the area, and places to visit and eat. Great experience! Would definitely return. I LOVED the floor to ceiling window views!!!

Stunning Views Inside and Out
This property accommodated 4 couples with 2 kids perfectly. Each family had their own bathroom and bedroom. The location cannot be beat. It is right on the ocean and close to everything. The ocean did not cooperate during our stay so we spent a lot of time in the lazy river. It was a fun place to be! I would definitely go back there and stay again.

I have stayed in multiple condos over the years for work and vacation in Orange Beach. This unit is impeccable. This corner unit is even more beautiful than the pictures. The views from living room are spectacular and the balcony is perfect. The kitchen is well stocked. We want to live in this gorgeous condo and hope to stay here next year. Beds are so comfortable. Everything is aestheticly pleasing and perfect for upscale beach theme. All of the shades are electric and the condo is so quiet. The front desk was helpful Misty was quick to answer questions, offer suggestions and offer anyrhing needed. Upscale and perfect condo. Thank u, Misty, for your kindness and availability.

Great spacious, property! Very clean well equipped kitchen with all that was needed but not cluttered with too much unnecessary “stuff”. Plenty of room for groceries, cooking, and entertaining a group. Amazing views from the corner location on the 15th floor. Great pool with easy access to the beach. Very convenient parking. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely rent again!

Best Place in Orange Beach to Stay
Beautiful condo overlooking the soft white sands on the beach of the Gulf Of Mexico! Large spacious balcony with plenty of room to relax and listen to the waves. The condo was very spacious, comfortable, super clean, perfect for hanging out together as family. The beds are so comfortable, you just sink into them. The pillows are hard at first but they seem to just form to you head and neck. Really relaxing! Access to the pool, lazy river, and the beach are super easy. Kitchen was roomy with every appliance you would need. The condo has big windows that give a spectacular view but also has electric blinds for privacy and giving shade and privacy. The parking garage is a perfect size, not too big and always had plenty of spaces even during peak season. Great communication with the property management! Quick response time and offered up great suggestions for places to eag in the area. The location is perfect, just minutes away from everything...grocery, restaurants, clothing stores, hardware stores, fresh seafood, even the Gulf State Park. I cannot say enough good things about this condo and the area of Orange Beach. Really pleasant and laid back. We will definitely be back

We have traveled to this area for Thanksgiving over the last 10 years. This property is lovely as most of the Phoenix properties are. This beach front unit is as described. The only issues we had was the noise of some heavy footed person walking in the unit above us at 1am. You could hear the bathtub running. Not sure what they could do about that but it is apartment level sound quality which you would expect more at this price point. The TV in one of the guest bedrooms... we could never get a signal even after attempting to reset according to the owner's instructions. Not a huge deal since we were there for family time. The owners were quick to respond when needed.
