Awesome Location Condo

Location was amazing; the view of the ocean from the living room and one of the bedrooms was spectacular. It was so convenient, just few steps from the beach. Decor and Condo functionality was great too. It had great kitchen appliances, but the air fryer was a big plus. Refrigerator was spotless clean, so were the bathrooms and linens. The negative points were the dated kitchen, musty odor from underneath the cabinets and dusty baseboards, area rugs and floors. Fix that and we will stay here again!

Charming

This is a roomy two bed/bath condo right on the ocean! It was perfect for our two night stay. Beds and couch were comfy and had plenty of room around the kitchen table.

Great location to the beach/ocean

For the Pros of the condo: Great Location (direct oceanfront) Nicely furnished throughout Beds extremely comfortable CONS - Need fixing/improving (owners need to know) The condo was not cleaned as well as should be (ceiling fans were totally covered with heavy residue or dust, couldn't use them. Bathroom fixtures and shower were well cleaned. ***As soon as entering the condo an extremely sickening strong air freshner smell was detected. We removed around 10 glade air freshner's that had been placed throughout and put them out on the patio. After the overpowering air freshner smell faded, later that day we detected a very putrid smell in the condo, the kitchen area was the worst. Hence why the air freshners were all over the condo to hide the odor. After removing the air freshners, the awful smell of mold or something had filled most of the condo rooms by then. We suspect the foul odor was from black mold under the flooring that had spread throughout the place. We saw black colored mold on most of the rooms floor trim. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, cups, etc., However, the kitchen drawers are literally falling apart just about to fall to the ground. After all said above, the actual owners of this condo really need to be contacted to do some cleanup and repair/fixing before renting out their condo again.

Property needs help

The positive points of this property is the location, nice pool, comfortable beds, nice furnishings and tastefully decorated. The negative points - broken trash can and silverware drawer, baseboards and walls need to be cleaned, chair in LR had food stuck to it, chipping paint on cabinets, chipping countertops in kitchen, toilet in MB bath clogs, smell in kitchen sink drain, lock to unit is difficult to use and the decking to the units needs to be power washed.

Know what you want before you book

PRO: Right on the water so super quick to beach and close to everything! CON: Dirty upon our arrival (I had to clean and wash everything). Found stained sheet/pillowcases and an earring in the bed. Someone left socks in the dresser. Shower had hair and someones used soap still in it. I had to vacuum and mop floors because they were dirty and had a ton of sand. CON: Was advertised with sheets included. There was no fitted sheets on bed, no one brought them after we talked to company. CON: This was a non-smoking unit but all the others are not so you can’t open windows or sit on the deck and enjoy yourself because all you smell is cigarette smoke. CON: Pet friendly building so all day/night long we had to listen to dogs barking! I submitted pictures to the company and they apologized for inconvenience but I still paid full price and nothing was done about it. So know what you want before you book and pay alot of money to stay here. Unfortunately it wasn’t worth it and we will not return.

Quaint cozy condo

This condo was great for a peaceful, relaxing stay. You can hear the ocean all day and night, it’s wonderful. Plenty of things to keep you entertained. Very close to the pool and beach which was great for my mom who has a bad knee. We appreciated how quiet the neighborhood, street, beach, condo were. There was a water leak at the building (not this unit) where they cut off the water for a few hours one night but they got it handled quickly. This shows me that the owners really care! One night, there was an owner arguing with a new guest (they arrived with way too many people) but that only lasted 30 minutes. They have plenty of extra throw blankets which were super comfy. Highly recommend.

Early year FAMILY get away.

Great location THE Condo was just perfect for the size of our FAMILY. Enjoyed the balcony watching the ocean. Condo very clean and up to date.Great WEEK.
