With the current situation, we must screen all potential guests as neighbors are more likely to complain about any issues.

NO events, social gatherings or parties allowed at all, these are prohibited unless express written permission is recieved in advance from owner or property manager.
NO music outside by the pool area after sun down 8:00pm- 10:am are quiet hours, music must be kept a decent level during daytime use of the pool as well
NO additional guest above what is on the booking agreement allowed, please be sure to include the accurate number of guests when booking.
NO smoking inside the house, this is strictly prohibited
* please be sure to read the rental agreement in entirety as more information is provided and you will be asked to initial and sign in agreence.
**If any issue shall arise where there are complaints of noise, loitering, public disturbance, acts of violence, un-permitted events or any other interference there will be a forefure of your security deposit and you will be asked to check out.


Please note that L.A Mayor Eric Garcetti announces he is authorized by the city to shut off water & power to any properties hosting parties or large gatherings.

Renter Beware
We experienced a breach of contract and unethical situation in the rental of this property. The owner cancelled our reservation through a property manager at noon the day of our arrival, after renting nearly 8 months in advance. We thoroughly researched properties and chose this home for it's location and walkability to our activities for the week. At noon the day of our arrival, we were notified that the property was no longer available and had been rented to someone else. We were offered an alternative property that was described as "extremely close" but in actuality was a 30 minute drive in traffic from the home we rented. It was in no way comparable in location to our original booking. We were then offered a second property, which was also not comparable in location. This was extremely stressful, disruptive and unethical. I had reached out to the owner 3 days in advance to confirm arrival details and no hint of a problem was let on. We asked for the owner to call us to discuss the situation but never received a call back. The only positive thing was that our money was refunded promptly. However, the stress involved in finding alternative lodging upon arrival in Los Angeles for a party of 7 made for a very rough start to our trip. We also incurred additional expenses in hotel rooms for our family planning to stay in the home with us.

Property was not well kept
The management company switched me to another property, not the one listed here and the experience was substandard at best. Poor performance by the management company, the property was not well cared for. Things were broken, it needed exterminating for bugs and spiders, just overall low performance considering the price.
