DO NOT STAY AT A VACASA MANAGED PROPERTY

Booked a 5 night stay. Upon arriving we were greeted by cockroaches running all around the kitchen, down the dining room walls and worst of all, all over the refrigerator/ freezer when we opened the doors. Contacted the management group right away - they told me they would contact me in the morning. I asked for an exterminator. Never called me back the next morning -- I finally called them at noon. They told me that they could only "go back and clean really good" as the property would have to be vacant to fumigate it. When we returned to the house 5 hours later, the dead cockroaches that we killed were still laying on the floor. I contacted the management company we were leaving. Was there less than 24 hours and all they have offered me is a refund of 253.23 out of 1459.39 for my "troubles". Ended up staying at a hotel for our vacation. Lesson learned.

Family holiday

Our overall stay was very nice. The house is beautiful and well kept, however, we paid extra to have the pool and spa heated but it never got above 81 degrees so it was a little chilly!! Game room was a hit as well as the main pool area.

FAMILY REUNION

It was wonderful. We enjoyed our short time there. Very clean. We all felt 3 nights wasn't enough time to enjoy all that was provided in this home; Swimming pool, spa & game room. Definitely a week stay is required. We all Loved our stay in this Beautiful large home!

Nice for our family with grown young adults to enjoy with their partner/spouse. Nice layout accommodating 9 (with 2 children). Pool, grill, bistro lights, game room. Just bring salt/pepper, seasonings, and extra napkins/paper towels if you plan to do any cooking.

Wonderful stay!!

We stayed here on our FL vacation and we were looking for someplace comfortable and homie with a pool. My kids loved the pool and spent the majority of time in there. It was the perfect relaxing vacation we needed. The house was beautiful, spacious and very clean. All the beds were very comfortable and I would not hesitated to book this house again. Directions for check in and check out were very clear and easy to follow. Lots of pool towels were provided and also some dishwasher tabs (3) and wash machine tabs (3) provided. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

Nice resort

The property was clean and easy to get to. It was close enough to parks and ESPN center that it took us only 20 minutes to get to. Perfect lication for what we needed and community was peaceful and relaxing.

Great Stay!

We stayed at this property for a week with our 4 children (ages 4-12). The home was clean and had everything we needed plus more! There were lots of pool toys for the kids, games, movies, bikes, strollers and sports equipment. Location was great. It was just a short walk to the pool and playground area. Check in was easy and we had no issues during our stay. We will be back for sure!

We came from NS Canada as a group of 10 - six adults, four children (10, 6, 8 months, 10months). There was lots to accommodate everyone. The baby stuff was very helpful. Everything went smooth with checkin and checkout. Vacasa kept in contact with us before, during and after our stay. I have no complaints at all. Would definitely recommend and book again.

Great Place!

The house was very nice! Spacious, there was so much room to spread out. There was a starter of TP, shampoo, soap and kitchen supplies. Everything was very clean. Lots of extra pillows, blankets and towels. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We didn't use the pool but it looked inviting. Game room was fun too. The house is about 15-20 minutes from the Disney parks and 30 minutes from Universal. This place was a great spot to come home to relax after a full day at the parks. We would definitely book this house again.

Amazing!

Absolutely amazing house! Super spacious and welcoming! Traveled with a family of 10 and everyone enjoyed themselves! From the kids that loved the game room to the adults that loved the tranquility of the pool and hottub! Overall great experience if I would have to knock it on anything it’s that we had to leave! Definitely will stay again! And the community pool/splash pad/lazy river are a must do as well if you have a family coming with you! Great time!

Amazing Florida Vacation 2023

Everything was great from the community to the level of entertainment we had to our free use. We loved the pool and game room and all of our guest were very pleased with there rooms. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for an amazing living quarters that’s going on a trip soon.

Great location with everything you need for your stay

I have stayed at many location in Florida, this house provided everything you need. I know longer needs cribs and highchairs or strollers, but the house came equipped with everything. I use to have to rent those items at a charge from other locations. Highly recommend. Games room for the kids is amazing.

Disappointed

We noticed that upon arrival that not all of the entrances to the resort were guard protected, nor required a code to access the gates. You pull up and gate opens. Not very secure. When entering the home and doing a once through to just check everything out, we found that the home was not very clean. There was dirt on the walls, all around the baseboards, the upstairs windows have a green film over them, and just a lot of other things that had not been properly maintained. On day two we contacted the property manager to notify that the dryer was not working properly, in which we received a response to unplug the washer to see if that helps. Messaged back to state again that the DRYER wasn't working that unplugging the washer would not help. We were thanked for our clarification, and it was never resolved. The game room which is in the garage, does not have AC. Most other homes we have stayed in have had a portable AC or the garage has been set up to pull off the home system, however this unit is not set up for either. We had to keep the door to the garage open so that some air could get in there so we could actually use it. We were told that the property allowed fishing, IT DOES NOT! e queen bedroom doesn't have a TV. One of the king rooms had a TV and Roku, but the HDMI cable to connect the two had been taken out of the room. All in all it wasn't a bad trip because we did a few modifications ourselves to ensure that we had a good time, but the property is lacking.

Great place

This was a very clean maintained home. Nice pool and game room. Every room was decorated very well with two large living rooms. Would stay again.
