Our Harbor (Entire Condo) Newly Renovated Surfside Beach,SC

Enjoy afternoons on your screened in porch or relaxing at the many community amenities. Golf Colony offers a community pool right outside the screened in porch, tennis courts, and is perfectly situated close to all of the area's famous dining, shopping (The Market Common) golf, and entertainment attractions (Broadway at the Beach and The Myrtle Beach State Park), and only a short 5 minute drive to the beach.
Guest access
Guests have access to the secured neighborhood pool and hot tub right outside the enclosed patio. Along with outdoor grill. Guests also have access to 4 more beach chairs if needed and they can be used for extra patio seating. Tennis court code will also be provided before check in.

Loved the property. Brian the host was like no other I've ever had the experience with. He made sure everything was good. He checked with me before, during and after my stay to make sure if there was anything he could do to make it better and that everything was ok. The closed in back porch with the serenity and view of the pool was the toping on the cake! The condo is completely renovated in every room in the house. The kitchen with the isle is a statement within itself. Love the fact that there are double "USB" plugs through out the house for use. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. The beach is 3min drive across the main street or as I did 4 mile round trip walk. (Either way you will love it) If I had any negative it would be more sidewalks in the area, but that is a personal preference since I like to walk. Would recommend this hidden gem to anyone. A host like Brian is one in a million. mj

Perfect!

This rental was perfect for a last minute beach trip!! Everything was new, very clean and well stocked. The outdoor screened in porch was my favorite as it provided a quiet and relaxing space at the end of the day. The owners made the check in and check out process so smooth! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to get away for a few days!

Beautiful home and great location

This was our first vacation to a beach and my family enjoyed our stay. Home is close to the beach but in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle. My kids loved sitting out on the screened in porch and having the pool out back when we weren’t at the beach. Only a short 15-20 minute drive to all the Myrtle Beach attractions. Dean was always available if we had any questions or concerns and texted to check in on us a few times to make sure we enjoying our stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this home to anyone looking for an affordable, cozy, quiet place to stay when visiting the area!
