Why they chose this property

This property is located in the heart of uptown. From here you can walk to everything you need. Grocery store is one block away. Coffee shop 1/2 block, Amazing breakfast lunch and dinner one block over. Fun uptown and downtown bars within walking distance. Three chain of beautiful lakes with in a mile. This location coupled with a newly renovated modern space makes for a perfect landing spot.

What makes this property unique

4 porches, well landscaped property, close proximity to all your needs. This also has an abnormally large kitchen for a turn of the century home. We poured all of our love into this update to include a brand new gourmet kitchen and fun gaming loft. We know you will love you stay here.
