Welcome to the "Strandstrasse 1"! As our address already suggests - here you are exactly right. In a quiet sunny forest location directly on the dike, near the Prerow stream and only a few minutes from the white Baltic Sea beach or Center away you will find our lovingly furnished apartment. Our property is at the end of a cul-de-sac. From your terrace you look directly into the green of our park-like grounds. The apartment is on the ground floor.
The apartment has a shared sleeping and living / kitchen area (about 29 square meters). The living area is furnished with a sofa corner, dining table with 2 chairs and a mini kitchen. The apartment of course has a flat-screen satellite TV, radio, bathroom with shower and private terrace. Your car parking space is located directly at the house. The initial supply of bed linen and towels is included in the rent.
Our house is smoke free; Of course, you are welcome to smoke outside.
Pets: are unfortunately not desired.
