Great location but…

Room was nothing like the pics. Very small, shower water would stop up, gym was closed. Very expensive for what it is! We spent over 2k for 3 nights! Oh and there was only one elevator working, so we had to take the stairs most of the time and we were on the 5th floor.

THE MOST HORRIBLE RENTAL EXPERIENCE

The place was not up to rental standards, paint falling off the walls, broken switches, and outlets. It was quite dirty and looked nothing like the pictures. Furthermore the host did a horrible job responding to any of my messages and complaints. The hotel staff refused to do anything about my situation or provide with a room upgrade. The general manger of the building was supposed to reach out to me, but never did. The host has also yet to reach out to me.
