Newly renovated & decorated/Spacious open concept. Plenty of room to relax & unwind.
Nice big back yard with lawn chairs & table under the patio cover.
Foosball, boardgames & FireTV for fun.
Long driveway with covered parking.
DFW airport 18 mins. WillowBend mall 11 mins. Close to George Bush Hwy, I35e & Tollway. K-Town area 7 minutes away with great dining/shopping. Furneaux Park is good for kids, 8 min walk. Small lake walking distance from house, can be seen from the front porch.
THE HOUSE:
3 bedroom/2 full bathroom. Sleeps 8-10 people in the rooms and up to 4 more on the 2 pull-out couches.
The Bunk room could sleep 6 kids OR 4 adults comfortably (Bunk beds are Full size on bottom and Twin size on top). Dedicated work space is in this room with chair and desk.
Master has a King and 3rd bedroom has a Queen.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have access to everything except for the garage. The garage is for HOST use only.
House Rules and Policies
- No smoking in the house. Evidence of smoking inside will result in a $500 fine. Smoking allowed outside in the back, an ashtray is provided for your convenience.
- Pet friendly w/ $125 pet fee. Max 2 dogs or cats at 50lbs each.
- No parties or large gatherings
