Roomy accommodations were nice - 5 bedrooms and 2 baths
Convenient location to fly shops
Cleanliness lacking
Dank odor in basement
Could’ve used some basics like trash bags and shower soap
Fire alarm randomly went off at 3am
Extra refrigerator nice
Yard unkept
We had a crew of 5 adults stay here for one night - Each of us had our own room, and the 2 bathrooms worked fine for that short of a stay. It was a great location for where we were filming, we rested well, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfast. Highly recommend this property if you're in the area!
We have an annual group that goes flyfishing and the big horn is a great place. This house is very convenient to both fly shops in town and to the river itself. It’s a dry town so bring alcohol and make sure your gas tank is full because gas is 40 minutes away. There is a market in town but they stock nothing so make sure you bring everything you need with you.
The house setup was perfect for a few groups of friends and their families. Inside has a great layout with plenty of room for everyone. Yard is fenced and lots of room, although mowing and outside maintenance could be improved.
Communication with owner was very easy and prompt. Well stocked kitchen, good layout for our family, enjoyed the backyard, and it was a quick drive to and from the lake. I would stay here again.
The property worked great for us. We had 9 friends that fished below the yellowtail dam. We were not expecting the deck to be our main hangout, but it was a perfect place in the evening. The layout of the house is great and the kitchen is perfect for a group.
There is a total of 7 beds so we had to have a couple of people sleep on the couches.
The locatios is across the street from the fly shop and a very short distance from the put in below yellow tail dam. This worked perfect for us.
We had a couple of questions for the host and communication was great. We got a proactive note from the host with information about an appliance that allowed us to plan accordingly.
Would definitely recommend
This place is great for a larger group. We had 8 people, and we all had a good bed. Very well stocked with everything your own house would have. Has a rustic charm and hunters/fishers will appreciate the decor. Lots of parking and outside gathering spots.
We fished the bighorn and the property was outstanding! Would stay again anytime

So this place is nice. However it was not clean the yard had garbage scattered all over the yard.
Needs to be cleaned up inside and out.We had to change fuse for ac everyday to make it work. Wash room had a dead rat that smelled we cleaned that up as well. Back porch had cigarette butts all over it. This is a nice place but not clean.
