Covered pool lanai to enjoy eating by pool rain or shine , night or day! Local publix within walking distance, walmart only 6 miles down the road. Close to many places to eat. Can be to either beach line in a hour and half.

Family Vacation

We had a one week vacation with my husband, myself, and three adult children. We have been coming to the Davenport area for many years and have rented many vacation homes. This home was by far the best we have ever stayed in. It was clean and updated. The pictures were accurate. We’ve stayed in other homes where the pictures look great but we’re probably taken a long time ago. Not with this house, everything was clean and fresh looking and we had plenty of room to spread out. We ate most of our meals out, but the kitchen was very well equipped if we had wanted to cook. We will definitely try to rent this house again when we are in the Davenport area.
