Family Beach Vacation

We enjoyed being steps away from the beach! Made it easy to grab snacks or take a break from the sun. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space!!! Highly recommend!

We could not have been more pleased with our stay on the beach! The condo was clean, fully stocked with all necessary kitchen gadgets and the beds were incredibly comfortable! This was the perfect location and property for our family of five!

It’s clean and comfortable. The air conditioned porch (beach-side) is fabulous space. My family enjoyed what felt like their private beach here.

Great property and vacation home. Beautiful spot right on the beach with wonderful neighbors. Great location in Ponte Vedra. Close to all amenities - restaurants, golf, fitness (yoga/Pilates), shopping and hotels and spas.

Great Beach House

Location and house was fabulous. Loved the decor and that there are 3 bathrooms. The sunroom was our favorite spot. The beach is private which was nice. I would say be sure to bring your chairs, etc. for the beach. Could use a curtain in the guest bedroom as the light outside was very bright. Would come back.

Great beach front rental

This condo was great for our family of five! It had great beach access, to an uncrowned beach where we surfed, boogie boarded, and found lots of shark teeth! The condo it equipped with anything you may need, and communication with the rental agency was quick and efficient. Highly recommend staying here!

Easy access to beach while privacy is maintained within condo. Only 10 minutes from great restaurants and basic needs for any meal preparation. Would definitely revisit on future trips to this area.

Thank you for sharing this condo. Four ladies, friends for 40+ years were comfortable and delighted with the amenities and the view. Great beach walks and sunrises. Great electronics when the weather turned rainy. Lovely decor. Just perfect.

We rented this property for the Georgia Florida football weekend. The owners clearly take pride and keep this property meticulously maintained. We try to treat it like it was our own and loved it so much for coming back next year!

exceptional beach stay

This property is a perfect beach front location being only 50 yards from the beach, gorgeous views, and a nearly private beach. Plenty of comfortable space for our family of 8. Large screen tv's in every room, although we never watched tv. Property has been tastefully redone. Porch is where everyone spent time together if not on the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

The property was in a great location. The place was fully updated and loved the outside air conditioned porch. It was the perfect size for our week long vacation with our adult kids. The one negative: It was not as clean as I expected. Dusty, stains on the carpets and furniture, chipped dishes. It could be that we rented at the end of the summer season and it just needs a good cleaning.

Great beach front condo

Beautiful property! Only negative comments - primary bedroom mattress was really dirty when we stripped The bed. Code to door leading to beach access steps either wasn’t provided or didn’t work. This is a really nice condo and is well appointed. It’s a fantastic location and other than the mattress issue was very clean.

Plumbing Nightmare

First, let me start by saying that the customer service by V-trips and local property management was 5 star. The property was very beautiful, however severe plumbing issues caused us to not only leave a day early, but we also had to be moved to a hotel. I would recommend the property, but I would also look into the plumbing issues to make sure they have been fixed before checking out this property

This oceanfront condo is definitely the place to stay. The sunrise every morning is breathtaking! Just walking out the door to the beach is an added bonus. The sunroom was our favorite room. We spend most of our time there. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.There are also drawers full of books and puzzles to entertain us. Although we worked on a thousand piece puzzle for 3 days only to find out three pieces were missing. We left a note on the box for the owners. Highly recommend this beautiful condo.
