Could be great
We arrived at the property after a long drive, checked email not entry information. Emailed property manager and received entry info in about 35-40 minutes. Upon entry we found a lot of small ants in both bathrooms and at kitchen sink. Mouse droppings all over the floor in master bedroom, bathroom and lanai (all over the seating and out on the pool deck). There was advertised tv’s in bedrooms and living room (only living room worked). Pool has cracks in last step and grass growing up between cracks in the surrounding tiles. I sent a message to Mgr and basically said thanks for letting me know. So I sprayed to kill ants and family cleaned up mouse droppings and we went back over with cleaning sprays. We never got the ants at the kitchen sink under control. I sent a message to the manager and expressed what a great property this could be but needed maintenance and explained again our issues. I got a Thank You 🙄. So I hate giving low reviews but…I paid alot for a vacation and arrived no code and had to go to work to make inhabitable.
