Bedroom details: all bedrooms are located upstairs - master bedroom suite includes a queen size bed - sleeps 2 with an attached private bath with a soaking tub and walk-in closet; 2nd the bedroom consists of a queen size bed - sleeps 2, 3rd the bedroom includes two twin beds with pull-out trundles - sleeps 4; private bath attached the two bedrooms, a day bed with trundle is located in the common area - sleeps 2 and a queen pull-out couch is located in the living room - sleeps 2. ***Sleeps 12 comfortably ***

Fully loaded chef's kitchen for the whole family, wet bar, outdoor dining off the living room with a fully fenced back yard for privacy, upstairs laundry room, oversized two-car garage with a double driveway - parks 4-6 vehicles, and a keypad entrance.

Publix grocery store plaza, gas stations, Ace Hardware, fast food & CVS are within walking distance and less than a one-minute drive from home. Beaches are a three-minute drive, and popular restaurants, bars, shopping, and entertainment are a 3-5 minute drive.

Beautiful Vacation Rental

This house was great! There was plenty of room for 10 people as well as a community pool! Beach access was close also! Would highly recommend!

Very nice

Very nice, clean easy access to grocery, gas, etc. was advertised with a grill so was disappointed that it didn’t have one. Everything was very nice would stay there again.

Wonderful home and great location

I stayed for a month. Family joined me for part of the month. I loved the location, everything you need is close. The neighborhood was great everyone was friendly. The pool area is great for little ones as it has an area that is 9 inches deep so they can play and feel they have their own space. The house is open and just like the pictures. The beds were comfortable. I also really appreciated the fenced in back yard for my small dog. Lacey supplied us with answers to any questions we had. She was extremely helpful! We went and saw the Blue Angels our last day and you should add this free event to your must do list while you are in the area. A wonderful time was had by all!

Lovely Stay

This property is absolutely beautiful. No issues with the home, very clean and spacious! The owner was a complete pleasure, she was super accommodating and ensured we had a great stay. My daughter had the time of her life, celebrating her 18th birthday. I would definitely book this property in the future and highly recommend.

Nice home- good location

Great house in a new neighborhood. We had six adults and two toddlers and still had plenty of space! The house is right down the street from a Publix grocery store and ten minutes from a Walmart and Target. We went to Johnson Beach per owner’s recommendation, and it was a beautiful beach! The owner is very quick to respond to any questions and super helpful!

Great stay

The house is still new, beautiful and very clean. It’s in a nice neighborhood and close to the store, gas station, pharmacy etc and only few minutes drive to the beach. Instructions are clear and very easy to talk to the owner. We recommend this place and will be back for sure!

Great for Families

As someone who has stayed in this area many times, I thoroughly enjoyed both the peacefulness and proximity of the home / subdivision to the beach, restaurants, etc. The host was great and always responsive. The subdivision is quiet and well kept.

The house was spectacular!! We really enjoyed it. Can't think of anything we didn't like. My elderly mom needed our assistance with getting up the steps but other than that we loved the place & would recommend it to others.

Comfortable nice spacious home.

The house and location was amazing!

Wonderful Vacation Home

My husband and I had a little get away for a long weekend...loved working with the owners, they were always very prompt on getting back to us with info..the neighborhood is great and a small drive to the beach...If you rent this property, be sure to take a walk at sunset on the pier in the back of the neighborhood...it was beautiful every night!! Will book this property again!!

We are New York transplants and have lived in the Pensacola area for 7 years. We have hosted various homes on the Panhandle and strive for your stay to be the ultimate vacation experience every time.
