Perfect place for small family

The house was the perfect amount of space for a small family. It was so spacious and felt like home! Was an overall easy and great experience! So close to everything and even better with a Wendy’s down the street—great for a late night snack!

So pleasant

We love staying at this place. Easy check in, clean up and check out. The location is the perfect distance from everything local in Marietta. Overall, one of the nicest places we stay at and will hopefully continue whenever we are in town.

Weekend getaway

This sweet little house is a perfect spot for a weekend trip. Very clean and nice decor. Beds were very comfy. Communication with owner was great. Lots of things to do nearby yet still in a quiet neighborhood.

Like a home away from home. . Only better!

The listing for this rental is 100% accurate and actually doesn't do it full justice. Home was clean, well decorated, welcoming and perfect for people and pets. Neighborhood really is quiet - love Bruce, the cat across the street who could care less about the dogs (lovely neighbors by the way). You will NOT regret this rental. You WILL put it on your list to visit again.

Cozy home

The home was in a good location not far from shops and restaurants in downtown Marietta. It was the perfect size for 5 adults and a toddler. It really was cute and cozy and had everything we needed. We would stay again!

Quite cozy indeed

We enjoyed our time here. We were in town for a wedding, and had ample room to put everyone, including a queen size inflatable bed in the upper level bedroom area. The kitchen was nice and spacious. The dining table fit everyone in our group, so we could all have a meal together. The couch was probably my favorite thing. big enough to seat everyone, if needed. And super comfy to curl up on and relax after the long days of wedding activities. The parking was a bit of a challenge at times, as we had some coming and going during the day, but sometimes that's just what happens in neighborhoods. If we were to ever find ourselves visiting Marietta again, I'd definitely consider staying here again.
