We had a wonderful time at this condo! Of all the VRBO’s I’ve stayed at this was my favorite! It was clean, cozy, and comfortable. We loved watching the snow fall and the elk cross in the river in the back! The location was perfect as well! We hope to be back soon!
The property is exactly as described. The pictures don't do it justice. The hosts were very communicative and even went by the property to turn on the lights to assist us due to our late arrival.
Loved our stay on the river in Estes! Great location, lovely home, and great views. We saw elk, deer, and wild turkeys right outside our windows and along the path to and from Coffee on the Rocks:)
Our communication with Sue, the host, was easy and very helpful.
We absolutely loved this house and location along the river. Every morning and evening we would see elk, deer and one evening we even seen a bear. The sound of the river was so peaceful. We would definitely recommend this property.
Very clean and comfortable property with a gorgeous view. Communication was easy and location was fantastic for Estes and RMNP. Would definitely stay again!
From the early pre-arrival answers from our host to arriving to find a super-clean home just waiting our family, the entire experience was a pleasure. The location is excellent and our host checked in with us to make sure everything was just right. Will definitely be back!
this property was very well maintained and managed. The location was just like in the pictures and also very convenient to dining and groceries. We would definately recomend this property and will try to rent it again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay in Estes Park. The location of this home was perfect - we loved the views of the river and being able to walk along the path. Sue was very communicative and reached out with helpful info before and during our stay. The home is well-appointed and very convenient to both the town and RMNP. We would love to return someday for a longer visit!
The cabin was perfect. We especially enjoyed being right on the river and hearing and seeing it every day. Lots of wildlife to enjoy. Clean and comfortable.
We spent a lot of time in the home and enjoyed the space and outdoor surroundings. We saw elk everyday, and also saw deer, prairie dogs and hummingbirds. Cute coffee shop just down the path. There was some road construction in Estes Park, but it was very manageable and the improvements look like they will make things even more manageable. Property manager was very helpful and responsive.
We loved our time in Estes Park! This home exceeded our expectations! It was clean and homey from the minute you walked in! The views of the river and having access to sit outside to hear it were so fun. The home had everything you needed which made it effortless to stay for a few days and truly relax and enjoy! Sue was excellent giving recommendations and being available before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again due to the beautiful home, great customer service, and location!
We are truly grateful for the generous hospitality and for giving us the opportunity to appreciate the gifts of Mother Nature right outside our windows and doors. The excellent location, thoughtful amenities, cleanliness, and stunning surroundings did not go unnoticed. Relaxing by the river was a particularly cherished experience. We would definitely recommend this property to anybody who appreciates nature and who loves to watch the river flow (rush) by. The host was exceptional, and the cleaniness was above all. We will definitely revisit when we come to Estes Park again. Thanks for sharing.
We had a family gathering to enjoy nature and each other's company before I start chemotherapy next week. The hours we spent beside the river, along the trails and in Rocky Mountain National Park are cherished memories. The property is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the property manager is outstanding. The kitchen is well-stocked, too. Truly exceptional.
We absolutely loved our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. it is also stocked with everything you need from detergents, toilet paper, paper towels, and more. The location is another perk. It is right on the river, creating such a peaceful atmosphere. It is also close to everything in Estes Park and RMNP. Finally, the house manager was super helpful with all of our questions and very friendly. We will definitely stay again next time we visit RMNP!
