Welcome to Little Bearadise!
This charming oasis is nestled into the trees of the mountain side and is ideal for honeymoons, holiday getaways, or any special occasion.
Little Bearadise is a perfect for those who want to enjoy some privacy, yet still centrally located to Pigeon Forge (6 miles) and Gatlinburg (12 miles). Peaceful and quiet, yet a short drive to the Parkway (~12 min).
THE SPACE
When entering Little Bearadise, your first sight is its cozy open floor plan with high ceilings, and abundant natural light.
The full kitchen and a dining room table lead into the living room, which has a sofa, a TV and large beautiful wood-burning fireplace. The queen size murphy bed in the living room allows for additional sleeping space.
(Note: please let us know when booking if you would like to use the murphy bed).
When it is time to retire, descend down a wooden spiral staircase to the master suite, which features a king-sized bed and a full bath. The bedroom has a television, pool and leads out onto a private deck
(Note: staircase is narrow and steep).

AMENITIES
Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including paper towels, dish soap, dish washer soap, trash can liners, toilet paper, and hand soap. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out. Personal toiletries and firewood are not provided.
INTERNET
Wi-Fi internet is available. Please note we are not responsible for internet service interruptions due to local service provider outages/weather/maintenance issues.
THE VIEW
During the spring and summer months, the trees leafage around Little Bearadise offer guests with privacy, while during fall and winter months, guests can appreciate seasonal views of the beautiful Wears Valley mountains.
HOUSEKEEPING
No regular housekeeping or trash service.
WILDLIFE
Since the cabin is located in the wilderness area, you will likely see and hear critters. Please help prevent it by closing entry doors when not in use. Lastly, it is not uncommon to encounter wildlife animals, such as bears while staying in cabins in the Smoky Mountains. Please keep your distance. Close your car windows and lock the doors. Do not leave food in the car or unattended outside the cabin.
REFUNDS
No refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, travel delays, mechanical failure of equipment, or any other situations beyond our control. No refunds for eviction for breaking house rules. We recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance for all planned vacations. Travel Insurance will protect your investment in the event of a weather events or other unforeseen events
